What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
-
They can be shipped on the same day but it depends on the time of day. If you did literally just order before you made the post then it'll be sent tomorrow.

Worse Bufferbloat and various issues with R3
Netduma Fraser replied to canuckftc12W's topic in Netduma R3 Support
You'll have to adjust a bit more, 100% does nothing, 70% is the recommended starting point but won't necessarily work the best for everyone -
We are aware Ping Optimizer/Speed Test isn't 100% reliable at the moment and it's something the team are working on. Those features can still work, it just may not be every time. In the meantime best to adjust Congestion Control manually in Ping Optimizer > Advanced.

Sorry to hear that, you can email [email protected] regarding a return

It's difficult to block YT adds from a network level, the ads and video are served on the same domain

Hi all, thanks for the feedback, just a reminder, if there is a particular issue you're having that isn't mentioned in the change log then it won't be fixed, we're aware of all issues so it will be being worked on. So please keep this topic to issues you have had since upgrading to this firmware version. Makes it easier for us to then pick out any new issues and answer questions specifically related to this firmware. You can always create a new topic if you're unsure of anything. What settings were you using for NAT? What is your physical setup and how is it setup to pass traffic directly through to the R3? That's been reported, we'll take a look Thanks for the report, will pass it on.

Wake On LAN Not Working on 4.0.23
Netduma Fraser replied to The_Optimizer's topic in Netduma R3 Support
There aren't any specific settings for it, I think it's related to an issue we already know about so should be fixed in the next firmware I think -
Ah that's brilliant, ping is good, glad to see its working now!

Is it happening still on .41?

Xr1000 drops Wan every few minutes
Netduma Fraser replied to tylerscott902's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
What is the model of the ONT that the XR is connected to? Do you know if you have a dynamic public IP and if so do you know how often it changes? -
If you have a look at stats for nerds on the SmartBOOST page when playing does it show any ports the game is using at the time?

Diablo 4 Geofilter/SmartQos problem
Netduma Fraser replied to carmine19's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Thanks for letting us know, I will pass it on. Yes in theory any game that works via P2P can be filtered. -
So 192.168.77.1? Does http://dumaos work? Are you connected via ethernet or WiFi to the router? Just completely blank white, no text at all?
-
Good to hear, there has been quite a few changes so I'd recommend doing it personally
-
Glad to hear it is resolved. It is a support forum so you'll only see issues posted here, it's a small percentage of the customer base.
-
Yes that's correct. No need to restart, yes it is a bug, it'll be fixed
-
What do you mean it's not letting you exactly?
-
If it was open with the DMZ then it can be opened, have you made any other port forwarding rules or traffic rules, static routes etc?
-
What IP are you using? Yes but what are you seeing specifically, an error for example?
-
I don't know, they're not our lists, you'll have to check/experiment
