I was asleep at the time of your response. Disable LAN IPv6 on the R3 then try again please

ETA on new firmware with actual fixes
Netduma Fraser replied to GavinA895's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Shouldn't be too much longer but we're not giving any ETAs/rushing anything out -
It's like the R2, you use the Geo-Filter to force the servers - some servers are harder to force than others as they may not always be available/online

Geo-Filter error message keeps reoccurring

If you're having the interface open on both at the same time then potentially yes -
How to get a server ip address from geo-filter
Netduma Fraser replied to Andre993's topic in Call of Duty Support
If it isn't shown in the domain name then you can't convert it to an IP. In most cases there is no reason to know this, especially as CoD servers don't respond to pings or traces so it'll just time out -
Geo Filter is a hit or miss, QoS is completely useless.
Netduma Fraser replied to Grug's topic in Netduma R2 Support
What firmware version are you on? What is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R2? E.g. R2 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode. Are ALL devices connected to the R2? Can you provide a screenshot of your QoS and Geo-Filter pages please? -
Security update is done by NG, they don't consult with us on that and it's the only change so easy to do. It shouldn't be much longer now

If that's what feels best for you that's great! You are eliminating a hop so it does make sense to an extent

Geo-Filter error message keeps reoccurring

Probably a reboot from the interface should do it. If it continues could you try Firefox or another browser and see if you see the same please? -
I doubt it'll come in the next version tbh
-
Have you got the R3 in the DMZ on the Hub?
-
You can find that in Ping Optimizer > Advanced, set it to Always, 70% for download & upload and see if it is better after that
-
It seems like it's caused by a massive spike in ping so do keep an eye on that. How do you have Congestion Control set? You'll need that setup properly as well to prevent it
-
I think you're referring to Bandwidth Allocation but what about Congestion Control and Traffic Prioritization? What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
-
Try as above setting the static IP on the console itself. Outside of that we'll be getting the issue resolved.

Are you accessing the interface using HTTPS by any chance? That could be the Adblocker on the router, if you disable that does it then load correctly? -
Which router and firmware version are you on? How do you have Congestion Control/Prioritizing traffic set?
-
Check the ping on the Geo-Filter page when that happens, do you notice it spike up massively? Does the game have an in game ping reading you can enable?

Netduma R3 - Primary Vs Secondary Router
Netduma Fraser replied to Chimdi's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Do you see anything on the map being blocked when that happens at all? How do you have the Geo-Filter setup? -
Are you playing the same game? Are you playing together or separately?
-
Do you see IPv6 on other devices connected to the R3?
