  1. Could you provide more info on the destination/source of them?
  2. Great to hear that fixed it for you!
  3. Could you clarify what you mean/what your use case is?
  4. When it happens and you access it for the first time are you prompted to go through the setup wizard? Netduma Limited Do you have it connected to a power extender or direct to an outlet? If an extender please try direct to an outlet. Otherwise do you have another power adapter you could try with?
  5. Glad to hear you got it sorted in the end!
  6. It's pretty much as above, with SmartBOOST it's trying to handle all of that for you, giving bandwidth to devices that need it when they need it and allocating it to other devices when they don't. This is also why when you do reserve bandwidth it's not a hard limit.
  7. Thank you for that, I believe we've fixed that in the next firmware (at least we're unable to reproduce it now)
  8. The latency shown in the console network settings will be to an authentication server, as you have seen it doesn't have an impact on your actual game ping. What is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R2? E.g. R2 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R2? How have you setup Congestion Control and the Geo-Filter?
  9. These are common on the XR range, they're just showing normal connections so you can completely ignore them
  10. I'll chase the team on this, thanks for the reminder
  11. We are trying to verify this currently
  12. Exactly as above
  13. Try the beta as it should be much better on that version
  14. IPv6 LAN just means the router gives them local private IPv6 addresses, like the router does for IPv4 192.168.77.23 for example
  15. That test is simulating a busy network but it's not actually capable of making you have a busy network to accurately determine what the bufferbloat would be and we don't claim to be able to get you A+ on that specific test. The best thing to do is to actually make a busy network by doing downloads/streams etc while following this guide https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000074717-how-to-test-your-internet-ping then It's best to start with a high value for Congestion Control, say 95% then do a test, decrease by 10%, test, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good and then try 5% either side of that value to see. It's important to note that Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value and that you may have a better experience with differing values. Your aim is to get the bottom ping graph when doing the downloads/streams to look like the ping graph when you're not downloading. That is an accurate test and a good reflection of how it would perform should your network be busy.
  16. As above it may be difficult/not possible but on the hub is there an option for IPv6 on LAN and if so, is that enabled?
  17. As above, trouble in what sense exactly?
  18. If you do this test on a PC what do you see? https://test-ipv6.com
  19. When it continues searching do you see anything on the map at all?
  20. As I mentioned before, I really wouldn't get bogged down in a rating because you won't get bufferbloat with Congestion Control enabled anyway. The only way to ensure a good result is disable/remove any priorities, disable Speed Test Bypass and fine tune/trial/error the percentages until you get the best result
  21. Reboot the router and then it should all work correctly
  22. Zoom out fully on the map, are you seeing any other icons that could be the game server?
  23. You generally add the VLAN as it is required for an internet connection but as you have a connection without it you don't need it
