  1. That's great thanks, I'm not sure if it has anything to do with it but could you disable the email logs option and also set NAT to Open in WAN Settings and see if it happens again please?
  2. Could you grab the logs from the System Information page when it drops please? The issue is though that the IPv6/Settings pages are a Netgear implementation so our advice on it may be limited
  3. It may show offline but does it appear on the main SmartBOOST graph when you're playing? If they're all showing on the graph then they'll be working and it's just a visual issue. If needed we can do a cloud update.
  4. Other than what the others have mentioned, based on your Geo-Filter ping graph it looks as though you would benefit from setting Steady Ping to 15ms in the expert mode as your ping varies too much for the simple method to counteract it fully. Once you do that you should notice some improvement.
  5. You can't specifically choose the game, if you're using a console you wouldn't need to anyway. If you're on PC you can change it to a console in the Device Manager then add it that way. The Geo-Filter is the feature that will allow you to force servers. You can specifically set a ping value to get games below nor can we guarantee you would be able to get games at that ping level as every connection is different - it may not be possible for you to get games that low.
  6. You'll need to disable Geo-Latency as well and then it should work better
  7. Exactly as mentioned above, that should get you sorted
  8. Do you know what firmware version you're on currently if you look on the app as you should be able to change it unless you're on an old one. I think you'll need to do a factory reset in this scenario. Hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 4 minutes before accessing the interface and see if it loads then please.
  9. That error is likely due to a browser based Adblocker or potentially connecting to the interface with HTTPS rather than HTTP - if you check those does that then fix it?
  10. Right click the page, then go to Inspect (Element), on the window that appears click on the Network tab. Then click the checkbox to disable cache. Then click and hold the browser refresh button, and click Empty Cache and Hard Reload. Then see if it loads correctly please.
  11. All that would be covered in the options in the config file - you just need the configuration file, enter it into HVPN, enter user/pass and you should be able to connect - if not if there are logs for the VPN please provide those and also provide the config you're using
  12. You won't have set them if you don't know how to check so that's fine but they still could be getting the same IP. While connected to the router via the PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please. Then turn on the other one and do the same thing please.
  13. I don't think we've specifically tested it with the game but you'll be able to play it just fine with the router and may be able to Geo-Filter it though we can't guarantee it.
  14. Unfortunately I don't think there is anything else that can be done. You can try multiple factory resets in a row to see if that brings it back but I think it is likely bricked. As commiseration I can offer you 30% off an R3 if that's something you'd be interested in.
  15. Which IPv6 settings are you specifically using on the XR? Have you tried the option IPv6 connection options? - Do any of those keep it on more?
  16. Are you using PPPoE or VLAN on the router at all? Where are you testing the speeds?
  17. You'll already have a public IP, do you mean a static IP? In most cases no but do you have a moderate/strict NAT even with your gaming device connected directly to your ISP router?
  18. I've given you Early Access, upgrade to that version and it should prevent the issue happening again https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  19. Best thing is to use the DMZ, you won't lose anything by doing so, the effect is the same
  20. It's unlikely but it's possible that is restricting the ping so would be better in bridge
  21. Not specifically, find the DNS for your VPN, they'll probably have it on their site, then edit the VPN and enter it in the DNS boxes
