  1. Click the home icon on the map then click on the map in the area of the server
  2. So enable share excess will allow devices to take more bandwidth than they have been allocated if needed. Disabling it will mean every device/application is limited to what you allocate - I wouldn't recommend it.
  3. You can find it here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/149-netduma-r3-v4023/
  4. Disable Steady Ping on the Geo-Filter and game ping should then be reduced
  5. If you just use the auto detect on the IPv6 page that should achieve you getting an IPv6 address on the console
  6. If you move your location on the Geo-Filter to cover that area you should be able to connect yes
  7. It would be in the Bandwidth Allocation menu
  8. This will very likely be due to the closest servers to you and your routing to them, in which case we can't counteract that. What does Ping Heatmap show your lowest ping server is?
  9. I know the team are doubling down on the first two issues as they are the most important, also the hardest to reproduce. As for the other points I think they'll be focusing on the first 2, probably HybridVPN will be in the next one just because it's close to ready and then the other aspects will be sorted. The order of which things make it in really depends on how hard the issues are to fix and when they're done in time for a build.
  10. There isn't a hard cap no but you can reserve bandwidth for devices/services/ports so they always have at least that if needed
  11. Gaming barely uses any bandwidth so that is correct, allocating more bandwidth to gaming won't make it use any more. Unless you have disabled Share Excess then yes a device/application can receive more than its allocation.
  12. Great to hear that, I'll close the topic, feel free to open another if needed and we'll be happy to help.

  15. Those last two points should be resolved now we've added upload QoS properly, is that not the case if you adjust for upload? Thanks for the list I will pass it onto the team to have a proper look at. I don't have an ETA unfortunately, they would need to look into the issues, reproduce them, fix, test etc
  16. It may be an authentication server though required for online play, do you get another server within your radius when you see that server?
  17. Where exactly are you testing this? Have you changed Congestion Control/SmartBOOST or Geo-Filter manually?
  18. That should all be on the adapter you have already but here:
  19. That is probably why, upgrade to the latest here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/53938-new-r3-firmware-4041/
  20. The console tests are an estimate so it's plausible they can also estimate too high! The log will be really helpful thanks!
  21. Geo-Filter 2.0 is a DumaOS 4 exclusive feature so no won't be coming to it. What do you mean by gameboost?
  22. Sorry, I missed this, I'll pass the log onto the team and they can check if there is anything useful there, as you got it at the time it happened it may be enough then I can let you know if they need more with remote logging
  23. Gotcha, I can reproduce that so I will pass it onto the team, thanks for the report!
  24. It could indicate the Congestion Control percentages aren't right for your connection, experiment with them to see what values give you the best experience
  25. Could you clarify the exact steps you're doing please as I'm not following
