  1. Does it connect back on its own? I suspect it might be a lease change, either on the WAN or LAN, if you grab some more logs from when it happens I should be able to tell.
  2. Added Servers aren't hardcoded to the router, they're likely not currently available. I haven't seen any jittering reports like the previous issue, are you experiencing it on every game?
  3. Would be best to post this in the Early Access section if it's a specific issue with that firmware. Was it working on previous versions? Presumably the upstream modem/router is no longer handling PPPoE?
  4. It will work for Rocket League but as you cannot specifically filter by ping as there is no way to guarantee a certain ping every time. Also due to just how networking works it may not always be possible to get a ping that low so I wouldn't purchase expecting you'll play 100% of your games on 15 ping.
  5. I need more information to diagnose/troubleshoot with you - not working could mean anything, what exactly isn't working?
  6. Try the main interface on the PC, is it showing then and can you then enable SmartBOOST again?
  7. Make sure you're on RC14 and after that do a factory reset, it's a jump in firmware so the reset is advised, that should eliminate the errors. For consoles you just had to add them to the Geo-Filter that's all, you don't need a specific game, nor does the game have to be listed for it to work on a console. You've added it correctly. The profiles button is not worth worrying over, all it does is change the radius size, just do this manually. Ping Heatmap tries to ping servers we have listed, if it can't ping them for any reason it'll show N/A / failed, it doesn't mean you can't connect to them. The Geo-Filter is where you'll make the connections to the server. I'd suggest using the Geo-Filter main page rather than having it squished onto the dashboard as you can't really see anything there. Set your home location, set a radius of around 1000km, boot up the console, then try playing. What speeds are you getting on speedtest.net?
  8. Is this on the app or on the mobile web browser?
  9. Are you saying the ping on the Geo-Filter is showing 2-5? What game is it you're playing exactly? The increase in game could be processing delay
  10. Great to hear that, thanks for the update/solution!
  11. Yes that will absolutely work as you're expecting/wanting
  12. Could you expand more on what the issue is exactly please?
  13. You already have access
  14. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  15. There isn't an option for that, it'll run as high as it is able to at the time - the ethernet cable may be faulty if it's switching, try changing it out and see if there is more consistency. There is no SSH access you'll be able to use.
  16. Probably best to do a factory reset in this situation, hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 4 minutes before accessing the interface
  17. Use Steady Ping, that'll help put you in sync with the server by providing one consistent steady ping
