Yes that's how you would have to do it - if you don't want to do that you can just do the console method instead like before
-
You haven't been scammed, your card was declined and so the order failed, I've responded to you via email
-
Could you grab the logs from http://192.168.77.1/cgi-bin/logs.txt when this happens please - it should work without access and so should give us a good overall picture of what is happening
-
No you'd need to change it over when you switch games
-
What games/platforms are you playing on exactly?
-
That's really great to hear, thank for your feedback! We'll get those issues sorted and it'll just keep getting better.
-
We certainly would do that if implemented, unfortunately sometimes people don't equate an issue appearing to a change they've made. That's a great project but yes even before the launch of the company it started as a one man project so the CTO understands the grind and I was able to witness that. If you're having issues just coming back the next day with fresh eyes can do the world of good, don't give up!

Reserving bandwidth is a great idea, especially for applications/services that require a certain amount, overall has the issue been resolved now would you say?

Valorant dpi update for PS5 (consoles)
Netduma Fraser replied to Mobel's topic in Netduma R3 Support
I'll let Alex know to have a look at it thanks! If it's not prioritizing on the ports then either they're not the correct ports or the rule isn't done correctly - add the PC with the Games Console service instead and it should work. -
When you paste it don't paste it as plain text and it'll retain the style from the actual log page but the video is fine too thank you, I'll pass it on
-
When it happens again and while connected to the router via a wired Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.

My speeds are being throttled

If you use another PC to connect to the modem do you get the same issue? Have you changed any network settings on the PC itself? -
Give the router a reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes then check again please

Strange Disconnects Cutting Off Internet Access
Netduma Fraser replied to Slamchez's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Thanks for this, I'll pass this on, fingers crossed that does help, it'll be a resource heavy feature so if anything would help that should. -
Playstation hard wired to R3 problem
Netduma Fraser replied to boothay's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Glad to hear its working now, thanks for posting your solution! -
It's the amount of delay it is applying, it's entirely dependent on how stable your connection is - it's not much delay to add. If it works better off for you then use it that way. Are you rebooting the router? If so that'll be why, that'll be fixed for the next version. https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/7ztrz9hw4ywmlf7eg4heu/DumaOS-R3-4.0.23.sig?rlkey=4ryspujvkz5i3psnilv2h5yko&st=7oclz7qx&dl=0

Could you try holding down the button instead for at least 5 seconds and see if it works please Slow down in what sense? Do you mean web pages stop loading completely?
-
It's a nice idea but allowing users to block IP ranges could be a nightmare with people blocking too much preventing themselves getting games at all or blocking authentication servers. I'll add it to the list though for consideration
-
Ping Optimizer does depend on the servers you're using for testing as well as what may be happening on your network/upstream. I would generally advise the method from the link to my comment above - it allows you to fully saturate the network and really be able to fine tune CC for the best results

What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode. Are ALL devices connected to the R3? When it happens check the SmartBOOST page just to see if any traffic is being used. Are you testing over ethernet?

In addition, disable Adblocker on the router for the device, does it work then? -
You don't have to no, just be aware that xdefiant won't filter properly, it's something we're looking into but it will take some time and may not be possible
