  1. You can generally ignore the logs, they will sometimes show entries that appear to be issues but are normal background processes - are you noticing a specific issue alongside these entries?
  2. There will be a new update today I believe which will have some fixes for speeds, try that when available and let us know if that helps
  3. Try this firmware here and see if it's more consistent: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  4. So percentages 100 - 1% made no difference on the results? Was it set to Always? Were ALL devices connected to the XR?
  5. It's in the Early Access section just scroll down or change to the next page and you'll see it
  6. As above the WAN IP changing is normal. Are you having to do the Setup Wizard each time you plug it back in?
  7. Does this happen for all devices and does it happen for wired and wireless devices? What is the model of the ISP modem/router the R3 is connected to and how is that setup? Are ALL devices connected to the R3?
  8. If you're adding IP addresses manually to Ping Heatmap and they are game servers then the pings would likely not work, essentially rendering the function useless. If there are other IP addresses you are using that don't time out then that is fair enough and I can see why it would be annoying that it is no longer available. If you're making a subnet change during the game (there is no reason to do this, it offers no benefit to gaming) then the expected behavior would be for it to disconnect/reconnect. In fact any settings in the actual settings pages if you're changing them then you could disconnect and so wouldn't advise doing it when gaming. I think we've actually discussed this in emails didn't we and you returned the R3 due to this.
  9. Select the device you want to apply to, the activities etc you want to block allow, select your schedule/block/allow and that's it, is there something you're having an issue with specifically?
  10. Where are you measuring this? If you're trying to do a trace to the actual server IP it is likely timing out and providing you with the ping response from the last hop that doesn't time out
  11. Added Essentially yes but it's quite stable. Once we've determined it to be stable enough it'll be released publicly
  12. You'll need to sign up here for the R2: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/
  13. Start with a high value for Congestion Control, say 95% then do a test, decrease by 10%, test, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good and then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. It's important to note that Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value and that you may have a better experience with differing values.
  14. What router/firmware version are you on? Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.
  15. It would still block everything outside your radius and force a connection inside your radius. No further news at the moment, once ready we'll put it out.
  16. Is anything not loading on the Sys Info page specifically? Does it happen every time you load the page? Resync the cloud on Ping Heatmap, then ping and see if more succeed, otherwise we'll have to update it.
  17. Yeah do try Early Access. Have you disabled Steady Ping on the Geo-Filter? As that can increase latency. What do you have Congestion Control set to?
  18. If you want to use the VPN best to use .170 for the moment, it will be fixed in a subsequent firmware
  19. I'm sure you can attain those results using DumaOS also but our aim isn't to build a shell around OpenWRT that people can use but an entire router operating system
  20. Does Netgear allow you to create a ticket with them for this if you sign in here: http://support.netgear.com/
  21. Are you seeing anything being blocked on the map when that happens?
  22. Definitely haven't seen this issue before, if you're not able to unblock it properly the only way to get it connected again would be to change the MAC address of the device itself so the router thinks its a different device
  23. No specific PS5 settings needed, just what you would normally do concerning Geo/SmartBOOST etc
