  4. The V2 is essentially the same as the V1 so although it doesn't have many updates specifically for it, it is as up to date as the V1 is.

  10. The only place to change the MTU on the router is in Network > DHCP - what do you mean it isn't sticking exactly? How is the Verizon router setup exactly, bridge, DMZ etc?
  11. Not all servers in a location will be bad to play on, at that point it's probably best to just exclude it from the radius. The problem with allowing mass denials is it could very easily cause issues but I will pass it on!
  12. It is a hardware limitation, that's why we would advise you use the Hybrid aspect of the VPN to just apply it to the specific service/application/ports you want so the rest of the device can go through your normal connection.

  16. If those are the closest servers to you then you can't reduce your ping to them unfortunately but how do you have SmartBOOST/Congestion Control setup? What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode

  18. It doesn't sound like an issue that warranty would be needed for. We are aware Ping Optimizer/Speed Test isn't 100% reliable at the moment and it's something the team are working on. Those features can still work, it just may not be every time. In the meantime best to adjust Congestion Control manually/set your speeds manually.

  24. It doesn't do any harm no. Yeah totally understand and it's a good question! We do our best to be able to classify but there are so many servers and they change them more often than you think that it's impossible to have it 100% correct.
