  8. The purpose of the router isn't to force games in a different continent so there isn't a guarantee that will always work. If you're in the UK then it's quite possible that you're hitting a ping limit - especially given it seems as though the router does find and allow you to connect but the game then times it out. Given this there won't be a way to 100% connect there, I'd suggest connecting to closer servers.

  10. Are you providing a screenshot of how it is setup? If not could you do so please as well as providing the VPN log and config file you're using please?
  11. The schedule option is part of Internet Rules already, unless you mean something else? If you change your PC to a console in the Device Manager and then add it to the Geo-Filter it will filter in a more broad sense utilizing any ports the game may use but ports specifically has been requested before so I'll make sure its on the list!
  12. As others have mentioned it's not fully compatible with the Geo-Filter currently - we believe they're using proxy/relay servers or other methods to determine where you should play. We'll keep trying but it'll likely require dev input and will take some time.
  13. That does sound exactly like a congestion issue, what is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode. Are ALL devices connected to the XR? What Congestion Control settings did you end up on?
  14. So on the printer you've selected the option to connect via WiFi using WPS and it's ready to go, then you press the WPS button on the router and it doesn't connect no matter how many times you press the button? Is it an old printer?

  17. Okay and that is where it's looping? Have you done a factory reset to setup from scratch and set new credentials in the Setup Wizard?
  18. What's been done physically to your setup/settings prior to this? Have you rebooted the R3 for example?
  19. SQM is a type of QoS which the router has already - what settings are you using for Congestion Control and SmartBOOST?
  20. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Use Simple instead of Custom radius Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.

  22. Reboot the R3 then check if its open then, if not it may be the Geo-Filter causing a misreading, disable that, reboot the game then check the status, is it open? If so you can re-enable the filter and ignore the reading if it switches back to moderate.

  24. You can only use Simple OR Custom, not both at the same time - there would be no need to do this either
