  1. We don't have full compatibility with the game, we believe they're using relay/proxy servers which make it hard to filter. It's something we're looking into but requires dev input (which it wouldn't normally) so it won't be a quick thing and it may be we can't actually filter the game. However, the option you can try to use is Division 2 in this scenario.
  2. What firmware version are you on currently? How have you set up the TimHub to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are you using a switch at all? Could you provide the log from the R3 when you next get a disconnect please?
  3. Something like this has been requested before so it is on the list to be potentially added in future
  4. Added That's great to hear, thanks for the update!
  5. Hopefully won't be much longer - we may end up just doing our own beta if they take much longer. Very unlikely the update was the cause as it just had a security change. Check your QoS settings
  6. I can't do that unfortunately, hopefully won't be much longer - we may end up just doing our own beta if they take much longer
  7. Very unlikely this will happen, it's not something we support
  8. I'm not involved in the partnership side of things so I can never say 100% but I've not seen anything about WTFast coming to the R3. Also I watched the video, I didn't see any reference to it?
  9. Yes I would say this is normal, you're adding a hop to a server far away so instead of: Switzerland > Europe > Switzerland It's doing: Switzerland > Israel > Europe > Israel > Switzerland Using a VPN will increase your ping, especially if you're using a server far away.
  10. I've given you Early Access: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/ try the firmware there, that's the one I tested it on
  11. Right-click on the Network/WiFi Windows Network Icon on the PC on the bottom-right hand side of your screen Open Network and Sharing Center. Click Change Adapter Settings. Right-click your connection and go to Properties. Uncheck the box next to Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) to disable it. Then: Set a static IP on the PC with the following details IP address: 192.168.77.100 Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 Default gateway: 192.168.77.1 DNS: 192.168.77.1 If you're not sure how to do this, you can check this guide: https://kb.netgear.com/27476/How-do-I-set-a-static-IP-address-in-Windows then try accessing 192.168.77.1 please and see if it works.
  12. Could you upgrade to the latest Early Access then reset and see if it continues at all please in the meantime?
  13. Great thanks a lot, I'll pass that on. Do you require VLAN/PPPoE/DHCP identifiers to get a connection?
  14. Based on what you've said it appears your connection is very good and you weren't having any issues prior so there are no issues for the router to fix
  15. I don't think the team will be able to do it now as it's after office hours so you can go ahead and reboot
  16. Where did you get these logs from? They don't seem to be from the R3. Can you get the logs from this page: http://192.168.77.1/cgi-bin/logs.txt when you notice the inability to access please? Do you require VLAN/PPPoE/DHCP identifiers to get a connection?
  17. Everyone has a public IP, I just did a trace to yours and didn't get any timeouts - did you specifically do the IP you see if you put my ip into Google?
  18. Do keep us posted, feedback so far has been positive overall
  19. Make sure to factory reset after the update if you haven't already. I don't have a specific date but we're working on cloud updates currently.
  20. Based on the IP address you have there you have CG-NAT so you won't be able to get an Open NAT. You can do the test at the bottom of this guide to double check: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000076587-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-open-nat What happens when you try to access the router via ethernet, what do you see?
  21. That's great to hear, thanks for posting your solution!
  22. So I checked and that's actually my mistake, both can be active at the same time, it just defaults to the activities view
  23. I suspect there was a lease change, if you connect it back to your normal router do you then get internet? If not, reboot the modem, wait 2 minutes then reboot the R3, wait 4 minutes and see if you get it.
  24. Did you specifically choose the Steam Download option or Steam Store? Working for me with the Steam Download option - what firmware are you on?
  25. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode When you're not able to access are you able to access via the mobile app?
