  1. Okay does another wired device have the same issue then if the only difference between good & bad speeds is the adapter changes? I'd first suggest reverting your adapter settings to their defaults and check again. Just to clarify, is speed test bypass on or off? What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST? We don't provide that kind of support and shouldn't be necessary in this case
  2. People have had similar issues with the cable we provided so that doesn't mean it couldn't be the cause
  3. Its very hard to give a course of action when the logs are so vague, it says the link was down, that could be if it was unplugged for example which obviously didn't happen but could you replace the ethernet cable connecting the router to the fritz please and see if it happens again?
  4. If you get the logs it may show why the router disconnected
  5. All looks good as far as I can tell, did you lose connection on the ISP router as well that you know of? Could you get the logs from the ISP router from the same time as that may tell us more
  6. Looks like it lost connection to the modem briefly but doesn't say why, is the router set with a static IP on the modem?
  7. Other than what I mentioned no not really, there is no reason it would disconnect regularly then suddenly stop unless the ISP modem was causing it and whatever the cause has now been resolved
  8. Could you provide a video of what it is like if possible?
  9. Good to hear, fingers crossed its fine now
  10. That's not it allowing servers outside your radius, it's literally blocking servers outside your radius that the game is trying to connect you to. So it is working as expected. You'll have to keep searching and the game should be forced to then get a server within your radius. Some days it may take longer due to player count, server load etc.
  11. Don't set a static IP, unless you pay for a static IP from your internet provider it may not always be the correct IP. Check your ISP modem/router to see if it's using PPPoE/VLAN etc and then mirror that in the XR if needed. Otherwise after ensuring you're not using a static IP and it has just got the information automatically, reboot the modem, wait 2 minutes, reboot the XR from the interface, wait 4 minutes then access and check internet.
  12. I've given you Early Access in case you'd like to try that firmware to look for improvements: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access It looks like you're still experiencing buffering/lag because you've not set Congestion Control. Start with 70% for download/upload - Ping Optimizer > Advanced and then fine tune from there if needed. The Gaming/Work/Video panels on the dashboard we're aware are a bit hit or miss currently, we're working to improve upon that. Regarding the interface: What browser/device are you using to access? Make sure you're accessing via HTTP (some browsers force HTTPS) If you have an Adblocker enabled disable it for the interface Clear browser cache/cookies, reload each page of the interface once and should be faster after that
  13. There is no ping assist on the XR1000 that's normal, I mispoke. You can ignore that firmware suggestion completely
  14. Okay keep us posted! As long as you're connected to the router WiFi you should be able to access settings, it doesn't require the internet to access. It's possible the phone disconnected from the WiFi when internet was lost and wouldn't reconnect automatically
  15. I get there is no ping assist but the server is within your radius there
  16. Did you have internet through it before putting your ISP modem/router in bridge mode? Do you know if you require PPPoE/VLAN or DHCP Identifiers for a connection? What static IP did you enter and where did you enter it?
  17. Unfortunately not and I've been told that even if there was a way to do so they would just re-appear due to the bug
  18. What browser/device are you using to access? Make sure you're accessing via HTTP (some browsers force HTTPS) If you have an Adblocker enabled disable it for the interface If you're using Armor disable that Clear browser cache/cookies, reload each page of the interface once and should be faster after that
  19. It's Allow & Deny on the Geo-Filter page, servers they have manually denied/allowed from the ping panel when playing
  20. Is this before or after you were adjusting network adapter settings? Where are you testing the speeds? Do other wired devices get higher speeds through the R3?
  21. In regards to CoD it pings all the available servers when you launch the game, it doesn't do that all the time. For the most part you'll just see the server you're playing on when you're actually in playing
  22. Follow this guide https://support.netduma.com/frequently-asked-questions/legacyfaqs/test-your-ping/ while downloading & start with 95% for Congestion Control (set to Always), check results, decrease by 10%, check, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good & then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value & you may have a better experience with differing values.
  23. Judging by the link in your first post your bufferbloat scores are really good, what are you getting now?
  24. The whole page from a PC if possible - specifically when the issue is happening i.e you're in a game
