  1. Was it your PC in LAN port 4? If so the port showed it disconnected for 3 seconds but doesn't specifically say why so could be an external cause this time, continue monitoring and see if it happens again please
  2. It won't be that, it's just log spam. Any download will saturate a connection, even 1Gbps, check network usage at the time to see if there is anything using a lot of bandwidth
  3. If you're connecting the R3 to the Vodafone router you wouldn't need the PPPoE/VLAN details to be entered into the R3, if you remove them then reboot the R3 you should get a connection that way. Through the Vigor the R3 should handle those details, in which case reboot the Vigor, wait 2 minutes then reboot the R3, wait 4 minutes and check again. Prior to all that though first make sure you're on the latest version, not sure which version you're on currently but there was an issue early on with VLAN that was resolved in a later firmware. https://forum.netduma.com/topic/58012-new-r3-firmware-dumaos-40540
  4. Just to double check, regardless of whether you're using the R3, you can't get a connection through the ISP provided router or another modem? If so you'd be better off contacting them about the issue
  5. It may be a Gen 4 specific issue then, there might be a command you can run in the browser console to remove them, I'll check with the team and come back to you
  6. You're absolutely right, that'll teach me to do a very early morning response! What you have said has got me thinking, when it comes to the time where it should be blocked, can you actually see traffic being used on it? For YouTube it should be showing quite consistently. If it doesn't, obviously I don't know the specifics BUT if he has a mobile with data he may be utilizing it as a hotspot to connect the home to unless I'm mistaken and it's not one of those Home ones with a screen but more akin to a simple Alexa and he's using it as a bridge to get the TV to play YouTube for example?
  7. My mistake, been awhile since I've used that interface, just to be clear, you factory reset the modem and it didn't clear them? If you check in another browser are they still there, wondering if they're getting cached
  8. I've added you to Early Access so you can try that https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/ If that doesn't improve I'd suggest a factory reset to start fresh, then if that doesn't work, have your ISP router handle PPPoE and connect the R3 to that and all devices to the R3 and see if it works better.
  9. Other than the dashboard we've provided by default I don't think there are any immediate plans to allow it to be customized. Our major concerns currently are those main features we've mentioned before so perhaps once they're available and stable we can look at more user requests like this
  10. We'd always generally advise staying on the latest or Early Access versions but as above people find different versions work best for them so experiment and see what works best for you
  11. Glad to hear you got it sorted, thanks for the update!
  12. If it was the same issue, i.e. bricked then accessing using the app and updating wouldn't work, it just wouldn't allow you to do so, the issue from this topic is something we can fix/look into. A completely bricked unit however can't be fixed unfortunately
  13. Do you get the same issue when bypassing the R3 and connecting directly to your ISP modem/router? What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? Have you entered your speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST? What platform are you playing on and how is it connected, via ethernet or WiFi? How have you setup the Geo-Filter?
  14. Settings > DHCP > Add Rule > Select Device > Save Then repeat for each device
  15. It could be that they are from specific devices, in which case they would be unique panels, you'd need to determine the devices you did the category breakdown for then do that method and it should work, otherwise a reset would be needed
  16. Likely the DHCP lease then, you shouldn't get a disconnect every time/it should reconnect very quickly but you can instead assign reserved IPs for devices in DHCP settings which should prevent it permanently
  17. I think it will be but I don't have any dates/information on that currently
  18. Go to the Network Monitor page, pin it from there then unpin it again and it should disappear from the dashboard
  19. That's not something I can do and just to be clear, it is compatible now but I don't know to what extent it's available for people currently so it might not be an immediate thing
  20. Swap the cable just incase it is faulty. By web do you mean when you're not home or just literally through the internet browser you can't access it? What address are you using to access? Routerlogin.net / 192.168.1.1 or 10.0.0.1 should work
  21. Netduma as a company develops router software to improve your connection for gaming, streaming, general internet usage etc and we sell our own routers with this software. One of the ways we do this is by using the Geo-Filter - the feature that allows you to choose the servers you play on for games that just have normal matchmaking (i.e. no server browser), this is something we ourselves created and is protected, therefore you won't find it on any other router. WTFast is essentially a gaming VPN service, usually connecting to a VPN increases your latency but they say using their service improves your routing to the game servers so your latency is actually improved. From what I've seen this is more effective in the middle east. I don't know the ins and outs of it though. Ping Heatmap shows you all the available servers a game has, this information can then be used to inform your Geo-Filter settings. The Geo-Filter shows active connections, that's why you won't see servers like Heatmap shows as you're not connected to them all. You may see blocked servers when searching and the allowed server when playing. Depending on the game you may see more or less on the Geo-Filter map. Could be a few things, Geo-Latency or Ping Assist being enabled - disable these if so. eFootball for some reason has started using relay servers - this means if you cannot connect to the servers they want you to play on (for example you're using the Geo-Filter to block them), they may connect you to a server you can connect to, for example one that is inside your radius to bridge a connection from you to the original server they wanted you to play on. This is why you may see a server allowed outside the radius even if other servers outside your radius appear blocked. Not many games utilize these relay servers but eFootball does. It's been said that if you use polygon/the drawing mode on the Geo-Filter to cover the entirety of Japan as well as the area you want to play within that it will prevent the relay server issue but I don't know how true that is. Anymore questions just ask!
