  1. I checked the suggestion about monitoring which servers are being blocked during matchmaking by looking through other threads, but aside from the Dublin server that appears when I first log into the game, I don’t see any other servers being blocked. My console is correctly registered with the Geo-Filter, and I want to point out again that other games are working normally.
  2. I’m attaching screenshots of my settings. I’m trying this from Korea, and when I search for a match it finds a host at around 140 ping in North America, but it never actually matches. Even if I set the region to Korea and Japan, it tries to match at around 20 ping, but still can’t lock onto a host. Is there any way to fix this? Geofencing works fine in my other games, but for Black Ops it just doesn’t work automatically.
  3. Netduma’s customer support is excellent. Thank you for your efforts in resolving the issue!
  4. I’m experiencing another issue where matching is not working properly. Occasionally, it does match, but most of the time, it seems to fail. When I checked the geofilter settings, I had set the geofence to the U.S. West Coast region, but it says it matched with a server in Oklahoma, which is outside the geofence, and the matching still doesn’t work. Could you please suggest any solutions for this? One notable detail is that when matching works, it shows a server within the U.S. West Coast region set by the geofilter, but when it doesn’t work, it always indicates a connection to an Oklahoma city server.

  6. Hello. Thank you for your hard work in addressing issues. I’m currently in Korea and use a geo-filter to enjoy gaming on west American servers. I recently played Battlefield 6, and during the beta version, the geo-filter worked perfectly, allowing me to play on west American servers. However, after the official release, it seems the geo-filter is not functioning properly. Other games, like Call of Duty, still seem to work fine with the geo-filter. Could you suggest any solutions I could try to resolve this issue?
