  1. As in I've added you to the group but the firmware file has been removed temporarily so you're not currently able to upgrade but when a new firmware is posted you'll be able to see it to upgrade to
  2. That's good to hear, there will be further improvements for PPPoE coming so if it does work better without for the moment then you should be able to switch back again in a future update
  3. That should be fixed now if you do a reboot but I've given you access
  4. It does have wall mount slots on it that can be used yes, you'd need to source your own screws etc to put into the wall
  5. I'd suggest a factory reset first, don't change any settings at all and verify you can access with the app, if you can then great, try changing the LAN IP and then see if you still have access after a reboot. If not then you have the cause, if you do then it's likely something else that caused it in your configuration along the way but should then be easier to narrow down. Any change you make (obviously not general things like QoS/Geo-Filter) in Settings check if you still have access. Yes you could do that, although UPnP should open the ports you need automatically, alternatively you could set NAT to Open in WAN Settings.
  6. There aren't many settings that would restrict access to the interface so yes that would be what I'd suggest. I would never suggest putting your PC in the DMZ, that's a major security risk. You can put the XR WAN IP in the DMZ on your ISP modem/router, set that as static/reserved on the ISP modem and that's all you'd need to do.
  7. I have not seen anyone change the LAN IP to anything remotely close to what you've done so I would not be surprised if that was the cause. Did the issue start when you changed the LAN IP?
  8. You said previously it was directly connected to fiber but now you've setup presumably the ISP modem/router in cascade - what model is that router please? When you set it in cascade did you then remove the PPPoE details from the R3 - you would need to. What is the IP address to access your ISP modem/router? I will need to know more about your physical setup and settings changes before I can make a determination on the cause, right now the information provided is a little confusing. A replacement would be possible if the router is faulty, outside of that, as a lawyer then you know you're outside the return period.
  9. We made a change yesterday which may fix it, reboot the router, wait 4 minutes then see if it continues please
  10. You likely won't be able to access via the app due to changing the LAN IP address but we can come back to that, you should still be able to access it via the LAN IP you set - how did you change the WAN IP exactly? What WAN & LAN IP did you change to? What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode. What is the LAN IP used to access your ISP modem/router?
  11. Added - it has been removed temporarily Added - it has been removed temporarily I'd suggest making a new topic for your issue and we can help you there.
  12. I'll gently nudge Alex, thanks for the cap as well!
  13. We made a change yesterday, if you now reboot, wait 4 minutes please see if the issue continues
  14. Do this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then it should work more consistently
  15. That's great to hear, thanks a lot for the update!
  16. I believe it'll be due to you using PPPoE, we are aware the speeds through the router when using PPPoE can be reduced. If you have your ISP modem/router handle PPPoE instead do you then get better speeds through the R3?
  17. That's great to hear, thanks for the update!
  18. It'll be a mislocated server on the map, add it to your allow list for the moment so you can connect to it and if you could provide us with the ID we can correct its location
  19. Yes unfortunately due to the way they have their matchmaking setup it can take a long time to get kicked back to the lobby when it blocks a server. You may find it more efficient to disable filtering for the device but still have it added to the Geo-Filter so you can see what server it puts you on and quit to the lobby then research for a game, it may be faster. Another symptom of their matchmaking system, being the party leader should resolve it (it does in other games) but may not help here Add the chat server to your allow list and then you can keep your radius over the servers you want to play while still able to chat to them
  20. Factory reset then try to update as soon as you can and it should work then
  21. They could be London servers or they could be mislocated, provide an ID for one and I can check
  22. As far as what we've seen it doesn't appear so but they could have been offline at the time we checked, best to check the Geo-Filter for more accuracy when playing. Thank you, we'll look into those
  23. The XR is still in the DMZ/exposed host on the fritz? Could you provide uncropped screenshots of the Device Manager (table view), QoS page, System Information, Settings > Internet Setup please
  24. I've responded to you via email
