  1. The latest Early Access is .214 so I'd suggest upgrading to that but your Congestion Control settings need to be set lower, try 70% for download and upload and see if its any better.
  2. Not sure how the above did help but worth a try. We're still testing the game for compatibility, it appears they're using proxies/relays so it may not be as easy as CoD for example.
  3. In LAN Settings, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects.
  4. Can you provide a screenshot of your Geo-Filter page please? Only devs can remote access and that's for major bugs if needed not for troubleshooting
  5. I can't say for certain but I haven't seen anyone report it
  6. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
  7. Double check the IP on the device when connected via ethernet then check for a device with the same IP on the Device Manager, rename it and add it to Geo as it may appear as something different than you're expecting.
  8. Most likely it's appearing as a different device on the router when connected via ethernet compared to WiFi due to the different MAC addresses which is normal. Double check the IP on the device when connected via ethernet then check for a device with the same IP on the Device Manager, rename it and add it to Geo.
  9. Check the IP on your device with the IP shown for the device you think it is on the router Device Manager, do they match?
  10. They should be able to get the client ID sorted for the next firmware. PPPoE speed will take awhile but I've seen people get quite high with PPPoE still
  11. When it next happens, even if you can't access the interface via a PC, go to http://192.168.77.1/cgi-bin/logs.txt on the PC and you should be able to get the logs from there
  12. That all looks fine from what I can see, can you grab the logs from the System Information page when it happens again please and I can take a look
  13. No that wouldn't affect anything - if you put the Xbox in the DMZ on the R3 do you get open then?
  14. I don't know what the specific authentication server IP addresses are - knowing the IPs wouldn't help with filtering Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if you're able to see servers
  15. You can't do anything currently, the dev team have to look into it, I will ask them to do so and if they identify an issue they'll have to implement a fix. It won't be a quick solution. Either leave the feature enabled so it has the chance to stabilize or disable it for the moment.
  16. Have you connected direct to your modem to see if you're getting the same issue? How have you setup SmartBOOST/Congestion Control?
  17. It's not a case of me downloading the game and checking, Steady Ping is an on or off feature, there aren't any settings that can be tweaked to make it work, it will require the dev team to take a look.
  18. Can you provide a screenshot of the IPv6 page, how you have that setup please? The hotfix just had security updates in so surprising it would cause an issue like that
  19. Is it just devices connected to the XR that get disconnected or devices directly connected to the R3 as well?
  20. Ah that's great to hear! Thanks for the update!
  21. What do you mean by a health ping exactly?
  22. I'll get the team to re-test Siege just in case something weird did happen there. xdefiant may require dev input if we can't get it working normally so might not be a quick thing unfortunately.
  23. You're not using QoS (apart from Traffic Prio) or the Geo-Filter so that will explain it. Have a look at our optimal settings guides here https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/folders/16000090646 and that will help
