  1. Please email for these types of queries so you can provide information I can use to look up your order. Luckily your forum email matches what you used for your order, it was shipped the day after purchase and is due for delivery on Tuesday. Please email us [email protected] and I can provide the link for you.
  2. Just in your VPN file in the top part, between the word client and whatever the last line is before the certificate stuff just paste in route-nopull on a new line. Are you hosting the game when that happens? The game may be routing you through them to a further away server
  3. As above but yes: reset the rx500, but instead of doing the setup offline then connect the xr500 to the router, i connect the xr500 to the router directly before the reset or on the XR500 change the LAN IP to 10.0.0.1
  4. The IPs were very likely conflicting as they're both Netgear the default IP is 192.168.1.1 and when it detects a conflict (usually during setup) it will change itself to 10.0.0.1
  5. There is a big cloud update coming that should align it with all the other platforms and should have that added back
  6. Exactly as above, let us know how you get on
  7. Click Devices on SmartBOOST and select your console
  8. You'll need to use Geo-Latency then, it's the only way that will work currently - though it may not always work due to the way the route you through relay servers, it's something the devs will have to look into like with xDefiant.
  9. For Geo: Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Use Simple instead of Custom radius Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then. Where are you reading the NAT status, in game or on the console network settings? What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  10. It's more likely that your freebox uses 192.168.1.1 for you to access it which is why the XR should be setup when connected to it as it would change it's LAN IP to 10.0.0.1 automatically to prevent a conflict. You'll either have to reset and then set it up this way again so it does that or disconnect it like you did before then change the router LAN IP in settings, then connect it back to the delta and you should be able to access it from routerlogin.net or 10.0.0.1
  11. You can do that if you want but if the console downloads while you're playing it will be prioritized and cause you issues - it would be better to do it the way I said so just gaming is prioritized.
  12. Use the device mode for now, it will still prioritize the game, a better cloud update is coming in the meantime
  13. No you don't need to do all ports - DumaOS Classified Games would be fine or add with the Games Console service. Default if it is connected via ethernet, Gaming/Voice if it is connected via WiFi. Apply to WAN is really optional and is dependent on whether your ISP supports it but you can enable it and even if they don't it shouldn't cause you any issues.
  14. It sounds like the factory reset wasn't done properly if it's asking you recovery questions. Hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 4 minutes before accessing the interface then admin / password should work.
  15. Traffic Prioritization will supersede Congestion Control and Bandwidth Allocation, this isn't usually noticeable so have you prioritized all ports?
  16. Is it appearing in the middle part when gaming even if it's showing offline on the right? If you use the more basic way without the numbers does it work? If you add it as a device instead does it work? There isn't any reason from the router perspective why you would have lag on one server only
  17. It has been requested so I've let the team know so they can test it as soon as they're able to.
  18. Okay great, it can take awhile to propagate on its own but resyncing should have prompted it. You don't need to add it to priorities. I'll have to check how supported Tarkov and DBD are but could you check Apex please? That was definitely updated in this cloud version.
  19. Okay no worries, do keep us updated!
  20. What firmware are you on and what platform are you playing on? What are your SmartBOOST rules?
  21. I've added you, please try now
  22. Added Yeah you won't have noticed it, it is hidden until you have access because it's not a public firmware.
