  1. If you've emailed us I will have responded to you now with your tracking but if not email [email protected] and I can provide it to you. What issue exactly? You don't need to factory reset after each update. We don't do specific updates for different needs, running the latest will generally be advisable. Given your usage I would definitely suggest spending time fine tuning Congestion Control/your SmartBOOST priorities/bandwidth allocations to what works best for your household.
  2. Did you enter the new speeds into the router? What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  3. What do you mean by a gutted version? It'll bring it in line with the 3.3 offerings on 450, 500 & 700
  4. There are no specific settings you need to change really for the game. Geo-Filter as usual, SmartBOOST on gaming, set Congestion Control and you're good to go.
  5. Oh gotcha, understood, probably related to the NG settings then as we've not seen that issue on our own routers, good solution with the cable though, better game performance too.
  6. Are you accessing the interface using a bookmark? If so what's the address of the bookmark? Are you running the router speed test/Ping Optimizer while playing frequently?
  7. If you have your device in the DMZ does that improve it?
  8. What's that for, the modem? There are plenty of people experiencing the issue not on our router, I'll continue to look into it but I've not seen anyone else experiencing it so far
  9. No it's not to do with the cache but we know what it is, we'll get that sorted
  10. I mean how wide is your radius, how many servers are you covering? What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode. For browser I'm referring to that last issue of the yellow screen.
  11. You can see tick rate in Steady Ping stats but won't see send/receive rate
  12. How restrictive is the Geo-Filter? After disabling it did you reboot the game? Did you refresh on that page and it let you in? I've not seen that before but it's almost certainly the browser, what device/browser are you using to access? Are you accessing via HTTPS or HTTP? What extensions do you have on the browser?
  13. Did you follow this guide? https://support.eero.com/hc/en-us/articles/207621056-How-do-I-set-up-my-eero-if-I-want-to-keep-my-existing-router Settings > WiFi > Advanced > Split WiFi Bands
  14. When did this issue start? Are you using a VPN? Made any port changes?
  15. You'll need to adjust Congestion Control in Ping Optimizer > Advanced to reduce those numbers
  16. Are you using Game Pass? Is the console directly connected to the router or going through an AP, extender, switch etc?
  17. Possibly a port/NAT issue, have you made any port forwarding rules or used the DMZ? I'll need more information, what game are you trying to play exactly? How have you setup the Geo-Filter? Are ALL devices losing the internet or just this device?
  18. You may as well switch to simple and prioritize the console and efootball equally. That's a decent ping really, if you can't get a better ping due to server location that will be the best you can get - what kind of lag is it?
  19. Yes you can do that as long as the connection is using an ethernet cable
  20. Ideally yes you want it to be as stable/consistent as possible with minimal increases overall
  21. If it's just happening over ethernet and with the one device it could be the ethernet cable itself, swap it out for another and see if it helps at all. Are you using a VPN for the console? You'll have to be more specific
  22. Prioritized traffic based on your Traffic Prioritization settings, Background is traffic you haven't prioritized, there's no issues with what's showing there
