  1. There isn't any specific reason using the Geo vs not using it would result in a brief spike - do you see the spike in game?
  2. You can't really put an ETA on a complex issue like this, if you want to help the devs do post in that topic I mentioned
  3. What do you mean by normal search? Could be a spike caused by local congestion, anyone using the internet at that time?
  4. Exactly as above, couldn't have said it better myself!
  5. You can ignore them, they were a spammer. Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.
  6. Really stretching my memory here! With turbo mode reactive QoS will still work I believe, only if you enable Super Turbo Mode will it stop QoS working
  7. That's really great to hear, thanks for the update!
  8. It has been requested so it's on the list to potentially be added in the future.
  9. I think that may be a coincidence but that's good to hear, perhaps the game changed something instead
  10. That explains it then, there are only a few options to get an Open NAT in your situation: Ask your ISP for a static public IP - they may charge for this Change to an ISP that doesn't use it In some cases using a VPN help get you an open NAT while connected to it.
  11. No updates currently, it won't be super quick due to devs getting involved with it
  12. Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, then wait 4 minutes before accessing, then see if it loads
  13. As above, are you making a change while on the game? If so you will need to at least restart the game.
  14. Primary and Secondary yes, I think the primary is the upper but I can't be certain, it's a NG implementation
  15. The XR range is NG hardware so they will always have the final say, that's why with our own we're able to release firmware faster on our own schedule.
  16. We're actively looking into the disconnects so that will get resolved, if you think that's the issue for you then it's worth a try, it may well not be the same issue we're investigating.
  17. You shouldn't need to but we're troubleshooting to see if what you suspect is the issue
  18. Assign reserved IP addresses to devices so they're out of the DHCP range, then disable DHCP, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects. It's important you reserved all the devices IP addresses otherwise they won't be able to connect to the router.
  19. To disable either toggle filtering mode or delete the device. If you follow the CG-NAT section at the bottom of this guide: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000076587-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-open-nat what results do you get?
  20. It's an authentication server required for online play and absolutely shouldn't be banned - I'm actually surprised you were able to, usually we block you doing that for these servers so I'll raise that with the team, who knows how many other people have done this! Thanks for the report! The thing with Ping Heatmap is that games update their servers way more than you would think and so it's almost impossible for it to be 100% accurate, 100% of the time which is why we usually reserve doing any updates for it when a game update has happened when it's more likely there has been a change or when a customer reports it, now you've reported it I'll pass it on for an update. The PC into PlayStation is an old trick, it isn't necessary to do but some people find they have a better experience doing so - it's basically DPI vs Ports. DPI has the potential to become out of date whereas the ports won't be.
  21. Glad to hear you got it sorted, thanks for the update!
  22. That will only change when using a VPN, not when changing location on the Geo-Filter
  23. Disable the Geo-Filter, reboot the game and check again please
  24. Check the IP on the PC itself, then check the device you think it is on the Device Manager, do the IPs match?
  25. I did pass it on, it will not be a quick fix if it's using relay servers and may not be possible to filter properly if that is the case
