That would be in WAN > Advanced

The game uses servers and I don't believe there are any in that area, use Ping Heatmap to identify the server locations then adjust your Geo-Filter to play on those

Just to be clear, I provide support, I'm not a developer, you can get as agitated with me as much as you like but I assure you it does nothing to help you, me or your issues. If you would like support then I will be happy to continue to assist you, this is your first post on the forum, you may have seen topics and posts previously but until you receive directed support for your issues I feel it's hard to provide a generalisation. If you don't want support and are instead seeing this as a challenge or a way to show us up or make you feel better then I implore you to tell me now so I can spend my time helping others that would like our support. Are you using Armor? Are you using HTTPS or HTTP to access the interface? Setting your speed tells the router the maximum bandwidth it has available, hence why the speed will then change. There has always been a workaround to allow you to filter/prioritize on PC. How are you determining it is missing packets exactly? Could you provide a video of how you're updating the names please on the Device Manager? Without a screenshot of the QoS page and a better overview of your network at the time of testing it's hard to determine what is happening there but: If you have Congestion Control set it will affect the speeds on those devices If other devices are being used at the time when testing it will affect the speeds on those devices If other devices require more bandwidth than their allocation then it will affect the speeds on those devices What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode. Are ALL devices connected to the XR? Are they connected directly or are they connected through switches, extenders, APs etc? I agree a firmware update has taken too long, you're not wrong there.

NEW R3 FIRMWARE - DumaOS 4.0.290
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Jack B's topic in Netduma R3 Support
@Truegamingthat's but when you're getting kicked off the PS for example are you running a test at that point? Fair enough, it is still Early Access so improvements will be made -
Once BO6 is available we'll be doing this and that should then apply to any previous CoD versions also
-
If you do fancy trying Geo-Latency with it to see if you can influence what server you're on we'd love to hear your experience

NEW R3 FIRMWARE - DumaOS 4.0.290

Did you select a game to ping? That's fine but I mean just prior to when you have the issue did you run them? Are you changing any settings prior to the issue happening e.g. while you're on the game you change a setting? Seems fine to me but you should have it as an update on your router now, do you see the green icon bottom left? -
XR500 dropping internet often.
Netduma Fraser replied to rjaaayyy's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Do you have it connected to a power extender or direct to an outlet? If an extender please try direct to an outlet. Otherwise do you have another power adapter you could try with? -
It still won't work with the Geo-Filter for filtering so denying servers will not work out for you it will just prevent you getting games. We added it so you can use Steady Ping, Ping and see where the servers are but I don't think it will filter. You can just using Geo-Latency but there is no guarantee. It depends, they may be adding processing delay on top in game (all games have it they just don't all show it) and the difference in ping would be about right if that is it. It would be the game server.

Problemas con mi velocidad de internet

That's all good -
Problemas con mi velocidad de internet

Enter the speeds manually, don't let it set them for you automatically. That's the default bandwidth allocation, it won't result in a loss of speeds -

Access the interface and on the QoS page in the Congestion Control you can set it there -
Updates on eFootball 2024
Netduma Fraser replied to euphidra's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Try severely throttling Congestion Control and see if that makes any difference -
To be totally transparent: Disconnects and trouble accessing the interface is something some people are experiencing - not everyone but we think we know why the disconnects are happening and we've reduced the issues accessing the interface, I'm confident they'll both be resolved. Not seen that issue at all

We're aware of that, don't worry it won't negatively affect you
-
We're giving the firmware more time so we can be sure it is the cause and then we'll get it in a version, we don't give out ETAs on firmware though

Central servers are showing on Heatmap for me, what are you not seeing? The Geo-Filter won't always show the servers on the map, for Fortnite especially, the way Fortnite works is that it only tries to connect to a server when you're actually loading into the game and so that is the only time it can be blocked so you are kicked back to the lobby. Couple of things you can do: Utilize Geo-Latency, this can get you games outside your radius still but is more effective for games like this that don't work well for traditional filtering. Disable filtering mode but still use it to find out what server you're on, if it's too far away then you could quit and re-search until you find the server you want. This may be quicker than letting the Geo-Filter kick you.

It's most likely related to game pass I would have thought, we'll be testing this, especially with B06 and will then get a cloud out that will help. Bridge is fine!

Could you provide a screenshot of the rules you've setup please? Is it showing ports are blocked and they're not blocked at all?

What do you want supported in DumaOS?
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Liam's topic in Community Discussion
There are Internet Rules which is essentially parental controls. You can set DNS on the router and then each device connected to the router will use that DNS regardless of what has been set on the devices themselves. You can add lists yes by adding the list URL or domains It will take the time to look into it just due to the way it's working
