  1. I'm checking with Alex and will let you know, the workaround will still work just as well in the meantime
  2. Yes that will potentially be a possibility but not currently
  3. It should be there so it's correct
  4. It's odd that it's showing Google for the DNS - have you set this manually on the console?
  5. Okay take me through exactly what you've done, with screenshots if possible and I can better tell where the problem is
  6. That one is an SA server so that's correct or are you saying it's appearing elsewhere?
  7. I see you've made a new topic, I'll respond to you there
  8. If you disable the Geo-Filter does it work normally? If so, please provide a screenshot of how you've set it up please. I think that's likely to be a browser/monitor issue rather than the page doing it
  9. Okay thanks, I'll let Alex know. There isn't no
  10. Yes please - next time the issue happens before you reset
  11. Okay so it's not being able to access and no internet? Try this link for the logs http://192.168.77.1/cgi-bin/logs.txt
  12. Could you provide the logs when it happens please?
  13. The internet disconnects or the router restarts?
  14. By new firmware do you mean .402? So it's disconnecting? Can you provide the logs prior to rebooting the next time it happens please?
  15. Great, that method is fine, hard to say at the moment but the way you have it is good
  16. Either is fine but use the second method as you're having trouble. All you need to do is remote the PPPoE details from the R3 and save. Connect the ISP router to your modem as normal. Connect a LAN port from the ISP router to the R3 WAN port. Check for internet. If you don't have it, reboot the R3 and wait 4 minutes.
  17. The Geo-Filter may be causing a misreading of the NAT, disable it, restart then check the NAT status, if it is Open you can re-enable the Geo-Filter and ignore the moderate reading. The R3 WAN IP should be in the DMZ on your modem. The PS5 IP can be put into the R3 DMZ if you still have NAT moderate but it should not be put in the modem DMZ. That's a very good ping so it's likely the game - this always happen around launch time.
  18. You don't have to do one specific option but if you remove the router from the ISP you'll need to use PPPoE/VLAN on the R3. If you use the ISP router you can just connect the R3 to it and not use PPPoE/VLAN on the R3. Let me know which you're doing and if it then doesn't work.
  19. The app was updated so it should work now, uninstall then re-install the app and see if it works please. Do try the latest R3 firmware in Early Access and see if it resolves those issues please
  20. Click on the device on the Geo-Filter and toggle filtering off or delete the device. Have you disabled DHCP by any chance or made a reserved IP for the console?
  21. Could you provide the log from the troubleshooting page please?
  22. @aneymache you don't have to do one specific option but if you remove the router from the ISP you'll need to use PPPoE/VLAN on the R3. If you use the ISP router you can just connect the R3 to it and not use PPPoE/VLAN on the R3. Let me know which you're doing and if it then doesn't work.
  23. Could you provide a video of what's happening please? Then I can better advise. Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, then wait 4 minutes then attempt access please
  24. You only need 3 rules: Port Range Enter 3074 in both left boxes - Enter 3075 in both right boxes TCP/UDP ---- Enter 27000 in both left boxes - Enter 27037 in both right boxes TCP/UDP ---- Port Enter 4380 in both boxes TCP/UDP
  25. Could you try again and see if you see it now please?
