  1. We'll push through an alternate cloud version for you to see if that works better
  2. It's hard to say without seeing it - most likely you're referring to the Irish authentication server which you will always connect to but it won't be the game server and then there will be another server in the US that will be your game server
  3. Manually set a DNS on the console now, does it connect then?
  4. Also if that doesn't work, do both consoles have the same issue or just yours?
  5. Can you provide a screenshot of the Geo-Filter page showing what you see when this happens please?
  6. Are you able to access this website and complete a test? https://speed.measurementlab.net/#/
  7. Thanks for that, it does appear the R2 isn't able to get out to the internet properly like it's being restricted, could you take it out of that VLAN you mentioned and then see if it works correctly please?
  8. Great thank you, we should be able to get this done tomorrow, please do check in tomorrow afternoon (UK time) and I can say whether it has been completed or not
  9. Added you both
  10. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode. We are aware of the delay issue but that shouldn't prevent it connecting at all. What settings on the router have you changed specifically for the console?
  11. You're not really going to see any improvements with reserving bandwidth unless the device was trying to use more bandwidth than it was able to get but generally SmartBOOST should be doing a good job of juggling everything so it has what it needs. With the desync, what ping are you seeing on the Geo-Filter/in game when it happens? Is the ping unstable, does it spike etc? You've port forwarded by the looks of it so UPnP doesn't need to be active to open those ports as you've already opened them.
  12. Any luck with the suggestions from Fuzy?
  13. Thanks for the PM, I wouldn't be able to provide the information you asked for unfortunately. Have you factory reset since upgrading to the beta?
  14. Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, then wait 4 minutes, then hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 4 minutes before accessing the interface. Once you're in, I've given you Early Access so you can try this firmware for the disconnects: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/56332-r3-disconnections/?do=findComment&comment=423952
  15. Added https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  16. There are only a few games which we've found really don't like to be filtered so probably - that would be really helpful thanks! Glad you're liking it here, any questions/issues just ask!
  17. When you do a speed test on the router does that complete successfully? What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to?
  18. As you've added your PC as a console, you just add it to the Geo-Filter and it will add with the console service, you don't then need to add any other games it will just filter any you then play (assuming the games can be filtered)
  19. Thank you, set a static IP on the PC with the following details IP address: 192.168.1.100 Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 Default gateway: 192.168.1.1 DNS: 192.168.1.1 If you're not sure how to do this, you can check this guide: https://kb.netgear.com/27476/How-do-I-set-a-static-IP-address-in-Windows then try accessing 192.168.77.1 please and see if it works.
  20. That's not how networking works, a game using more bandwidth doesn't speed up the gameplay - what the game uses is sufficient to run the game. The ping is what you want to be as low as possible.
  21. Are you seeing something blocked outside your radius when you try?
  22. It does look very fun! It is on the to-do list so hopefully we'll get it sorted soon
  23. Glad to hear that sorted it, you're very welcome and thanks for the kind words!
  24. Added In theory, I wouldn't have thought so no, however some people have let us know they're seeing issues specifically when the MAC has changed itself, we're still looking into it/verifying. Added you also.
