  1. Your display name is - SimMAUDeon - you won't be able to login using that name anymore, you'll have to login using the email attached to the account, the one you've put there. You don't need to change anything.
  2. Close the interface tab, unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, then wait 4 minutes then access and see if it loads then please.
  3. I think it was pushed yes, resync the cloud and try again
  4. Working fine for me, here you areDumaOS-R2-3.3.280.sig
  5. They will apply but the console won't show the options set because you didn't set them on the console
  6. That all looks fine, could you provide the config you're using please?
  7. If you haven't already have a look through these guides and see if they help: https://kb.netgear.com/25389/Enabling-VPN-service-on-a-NETGEAR-router-using-a-MAC-OS-computer https://kb.netgear.com/29826/How-do-I-use-VPN-on-my-NETGEAR-router-with-my-iOS-device If not let us know but as it's a pure NG feature we won't be as much help as they would be but we'll do our best!
  8. Do other devices connected to it have internet? You may need to forget the WiFi on the phone then reconnect
  9. Hello, welcome to the forum! The R3 is compatible with any internet service as long as you're able to connect it to an existing source via ethernet (in this case, most likely your T-Mobile router). In terms of your high ping that really depends on why it is happening - if it's because the connection is inherently unstable (e.g. just one device is being used and you still get that high ping) then no it's unlikely we'd be able to help. If it's because you have slower speeds or a lot of devices being used at the same time then yes it can definitely help to alleviate that high ping issue. In regards to delivery it would be via UPS, I've seen them not request a signature but ultimately I think that depends on each UPS depots policies. Once you have tracking though you will have the option to have it delivered to a neighbour, change delivery date etc so you may be able to have them deliver to a safe place. It's also possible they can deliver it somewhere you can then pickup from when it's more convenient for you.
  10. As it's encrypted traffic DPI cannot determine what that traffic is - it should detect OpenVPN though. Resync the cloud please and then see if it updates
  11. That doesn't look like an error from the interface, what is the URL you're using to access?
  12. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  13. Did you reboot or factory reset? You need to hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 4 minutes before accessing the interface/app - use the default credentials to login and complete the wizard, you'll set the credentials going through the wizard
  14. That's fine, can I see the log then please, should be working fine otherwise you wouldn't have a connection. The IP can cache so may be worth rebooting the device itself after applying and checking again
  15. It should be there already, it may just be under a general EA FC service, if not we'll do a cloud update
  16. Ideally you would have every single device connected to the R3, otherwise the router cannot effectively control the network, especially given that you don't have very high speeds, all it would take is a few devices on the Hub watching a video/film, downloading etc to complete wipe any chance you have of counteracting it. Then once you've done that you can re-test bufferbloat to find the best settings as it is likely they will need changing. Prioritize the PC itself then instead and it will prioritize. Once you've done all that you should notice an improvement.
  17. No credentials you use to access the interface/via the app, by default its admin / password but if it's not that or you don't remember them then you'll need to reset.
  18. There will be new firmware which should help, can't say when it will release exactly - we're aware of the delay in connection when booting up (I suspect if you leave a device on standby you'll notice this moreso). I don't have a specific recommendation as I'd always suggest staying on the latest.
  19. That looks all fine, I'll bump Alex
  20. It's the credentials you use to login to the interface on your PC web browser - if you don't recall what it is then you'll need to factory reset and go through the wizard to set new credentials.
  21. You can't disable it per se but a few options: Reboot the router at a different time such as just prior to going to bed or early morning and it should then shift the renewal to happen then instead Disable DHCP entirely after you've given all devices a reserved IP address - any new devices you want to connect you'll have to give them a static/reserved IP on the device itself first #1 would be the easiest option really.
  22. Yeah I get you - the right side of HVPN where you add a rule - the device you want it to apply to and the service
  23. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode. Are ALL devices connected to the R3? How have you setup Congestion Control & SmartBOOST?
  24. I'm having issues with the app myself so there will be some issue I think
