  1. That is something we're aware of, it should be better on the Early Access version, would you like access to this? Alternatively you could make the change to the percentage manually after finding out the best percentage in the meantime while you wait for firmware to go public.
  2. You're not doing anything wrong, that is how it is supposed to be, it will apply to whatever game you then choose to play.
  3. No it doesn't, if it does it will be explicitly said in the post.
  4. You're not utilizing Congestion Control currently, start with 70% for download/upload and see how you get on.
  5. I believe it does have port forwarding so you can forward the specific ports for the game to the R3 and that should then allow you to have an Open NAT
  6. The reservation isn't needed but what about Congestion Control in Ping Optimizer > Advanced?
  7. Email us and we'll get it sorted
  8. It's not super surprising it's not matching the speeds on that router, the R2 hardware is a downgrade from the Xiaomi, regardless of the general specs the R2 is AC WiFi and the Xiaomi WiFi 6 so they're in different leagues of hardware. When buying the R2 you're really buying it for the software.
  9. It depends what they're asking for really, if you're able to answer it on your own go ahead if not and they want an invoice for example email [email protected] and we'll get that sorted.
  10. We could have probably resolved that - unlikely to be that specifically that was the cause but no worries!
  11. You may not be able to get any higher but what is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to? You should set it to ensure all traffic flows to the R2. Are ALL devices connected to the R2? Disabling the protection options in WAN Settings may help. I've given you access: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/ when on that interface to access QoS use http://192.168.77.1/desktop/webview.html
  12. I can't say for certain, the Settings are NGs domain but I doubt it will work and I've never seen anyone do so either. You'd need to use the two routers I think.
  13. That should be fine then, disable the Geo-Filter and then restart the game, if it's open then you can re-enable it and ignore the moderate reading from then on.
  14. As above, I'll pass it on so we can update the detection.
  15. Do keep in mind the purpose of the Geo-Filter is to allow you to get closer servers, not ones further away. Can you provide a screenshot of what you see when you're getting a game locally please?
  16. Exactly as above, you need to purchase a third party VPN subscription first to then obtain the files to use it on the router.
  17. Are you checking this in game? What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  18. It's always useful to have enabled to help cover any jitter/spikes as you can never know when they may occur. In your case using simple or expert set at 20ms would limit the increase in the ping while still receiving the benefits.
  19. Hello, thanks for purchasing, you should have received a tracking email today, did you receive this?
  20. Interesting, not sure I've seen it on the in built test as well, presumably when that happens you receive full speeds from your modem
  21. I'm not sure on the specifics about that, if you have the ISP modem/router handle PPPoE instead you should then get the full speeds through the router
  22. Set NAT to Open in WAN Settings - NAT Type 2 is Open by the way
  23. It is something we're looking into - where are you seeing this on the router speed test or third party tests or both?
  24. Looks like it's working there, blocking everything outside your radius - are you in a game actually playing in that last screenshot?
