  1. It may work already but there is nothing specifically we can do to make a game work with that more often
  2. I'd recommend upgrading to the latest firmware first: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/56107-new-r3-firmware-40236/ and then see if you have the same issue.
  3. We're waiting for NG to do that currently
  4. I have no idea, you'll need to contact your provider for that information
  5. Not that they're not used, they just don't always seem to be available, a lot of people have trouble consistently forcing those servers
  6. I'll chase Alex to get it added. Port Forwarding is generally only needed for NAT purposes, if you have an Open NAT it's unlikely to give you a better gameplay experience after port forwarding.
  7. Ahh I see, what you're experiencing is lag compensation, it's not always beneficial and it's always best to try and get a lower ping but in some cases it might help
  8. The Geo-Filter just shows you what connections have been made so the game at that time didn't ping those servers - you've also chosen the 3 hardest places to force as all those servers don't seem to be in use all the time
  9. If you require PPPoE for a connection then yes you need to input that into the router
  10. Ah gotcha, that'll be due to PPPoE unfortunately - it's something the team will look at boosting but it may be quite difficult. Have you tried the newest firmware we just posted to Early Access this week?
  11. Set up the ISP modem/router so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 (found in Settings > WAN) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. You should get an Open NAT then. Are ALL devices connected to the R3? Have you entered the speeds you expect/pay for in the R3? What do other devices get via ethernet to speedtest.net? Console speeds are generally an estimate so if you're receiving good speed on another wired device the Xbox will likely be receiving that to and when you do a download on it for example it would run at the expected speed.
  12. How have you got on with the advice so far, have you managed to connect?
  13. The main difference is Classified Games is primarily DPI based and Games Console is just port based. As far as I know neither takes precedence over the other specifically, we don't generally recommend using both at the same time. For the R3 you can prioritize by device and/or activity so you could replicate this in a way but you set the order for priority, they don't compete. If you have both enabled then they will actually compliment each other, serve as a backup for the other.
  14. That's Monday after next but thanks! Would be best to check the manual: https://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/XR700/XR700_UM_EN.pdf However, I believe that you would have to use SFP to achieve those higher network speeds. You can use link but I think that would just be for local purposes if you can't use the SFP to get higher speeds. I couldn't say, that would be very expensive for us, never say never but it's unlikely at the moment.
  15. It has to be connected to an internet source via ethernet e.g. ONT/Modem etc. It can be the only router as long as that is done.
  16. It's because you're using a VPN, if you're using it then it's unlikely you will receive an Open NAT.
  17. I understand what you mean with 2 but that could get quite cluttered. I'll pass on the suggestions.
  18. It should stabilize then but just won't be every single game, let us know if it never stabilizes
  19. Could you clarify exactly what is happening please?
  20. Great to hear that! The initial things that spring to mind would be if it was added to the Geo-Filter, the other is Adblocker could potentially block it so try disabling that.
  21. It's also worth checking our YT channel which has some guides: https://www.youtube.com/@netduma
  22. I will chase Alex again. Sorry can you clarify, what do you mean a full/light server?
  23. I've chased again, sorry for the delays
  24. I suppose you can do this as mentioned by deleting/re-adding but something like a toggle switch would be easier, is that what you'd be after? You can select multiple applications at a time for one device It applies to the whole network if you don't add any rules I believe That's been long requested so may come in future We did have that on the old version so I'm not sure why it was removed, I'll add it to the list
