  1. There is a more up to date version here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/56107-new-r3-firmware-40236/ that I'd recommend you upgrade to as it may help. Copy the WAN IP on the R3 WAN page then enter that into your ISP router DMZ setting. Set Congestion Control to 70% for download and upload and using the Always mode and see if it's better after all those changes.
  2. What percentages are you using for Congestion Control and what mode is it on?
  3. That's slightly different, we're still looking into that, it seems a lot less common on the latest firmware but if when it happens you could record it using https://jam.dev that would be really helpful. Unplug it from the modem so just your PC and power are connected then do it again, what do you get? Try accessing as well at this time.
  4. What firmware version are you on currently? What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode. What speeds do you pay for/receive and have you entered those into the router? How do you have Congestion Control set? Do you still have access to the interface when it happens?
  5. No not specifically but this is the kind of thing Congestion Control should be stopping, how do you have this set? Also take off the NAS as a priority if it is added and make sure gaming/the gaming devices have been added.
  6. We don't give out ETAs, we're trying to get NG to release as soon as possible
  7. This has been requested before and is something we might implement in future. What changes would you be likely to save that would be different between them out of interest?
  8. It can work on games you're not specifically filtering/aren't able to be filtered yes. Normal web surfing no, it's kind of unnecessary for that and isn't a way to add it for that. It doesn't have a filter no, I'm sure we must have tested it and concluded it wasn't able to be filtered. I'll check on that, in the meantime, if you're on console it will apply to the game, if you're on PC, remove the device from the Geo-Filter, go to the Device Manager, change it to one of the console device types then re-add it to the Geo-Filter and it will apply to the game.
  9. Have you added your device to the Geo-Filter or any other features or made any specific rules on the router for this device?
  10. You can only use an ethernet (RJ45) cable to connect the R3 to the internet so you'll need to use a modem/router that connects via the connector you mentioned and then connect the R3 to that.
  11. The Linksys shouldn't be in bridge mode in that situation, you'll have to check with the nodes really on how the router needs to be set. The Geo-Filter itself wouldn't increase ping just by being on, unless you have Steady Ping enabled perhaps?
  12. How is the Linksys connected, in router mode or AP mode? Is the gaming device directly connected to the R3? Where are you checking the ping?
  13. No worries, I'll respond to your email
  14. That's great to hear, thanks for the update!
  15. Disable Adblocker on the router then try again, does it work then?
  16. Okay so you can see and ping everything now, it just shows as inactive? If so we are aware of that but it won't affect the functionality.
  17. I would disable the MAC randomization then reboot the console. What router are you using, have you made any changes to the xbox on the router? HDMI is a cable that doesn't connect to the internet so I can say confidently there is 0% that has happened.
  18. That's great, thanks for following up with this!
  19. It's a default forum software setting, not something we have specifically specified
  20. You shouldn't be getting strict NAT if the R3 is directly connected to the wall/ONT. Could you do the method at the bottom of this guide and let me know the result please? https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000076587-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-open-nat
  21. What firmware version are you on? How have you added the device to the Geo-Filter? Make sure you add it before you go on the game.
  22. Do keep in mind, anyone who is tempted to do the above that you will not be able to get back to DumaOS.
  23. The screenshots provided there was for local IPs, in which IPv6 isn't required for LAN devices to have IPv6 being used - when you go on Network and it shows current network status on the right, what does it show there?
  24. Thank you, I'll pass it on to be corrected
  25. Super weird! Glad it's working now, do let us know if it happens again.
