  1. Provide a screenshot of the WAN and LAN page please
  2. You need to keep it set to the speeds you have and adjust Congestion Control for that
  3. It's likely the ethernet cables you're using - check the WAN and LAN page, it will tell you which ones are limited to 100Mbps.
  4. Check the IP on the PC itself, then check the device manager for the device you think it is, do the IPs match?
  5. Get the OpenVPN or Wireguard Configuration files, enter the contents into the config box on HVPN, enter your VPN credentials and connect. Make the rules you want it to apply to. Any issues let us know.
  6. Launch is always hit or miss though I am surprised I've heard less about it this time around. Either way once people start dropping off it will definitely improve
  7. If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R2 (found on the System Information page) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN on the R2 and enable remote support in Settings. Then post back here from a device connected to the R2 when you've done that and I'll try to get a dev to remote force an upgrade for you either today or tomorrow.
  8. Ah well done on resolving it! I've given you early access, please try this firmware and see if that resolves it: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/57223-new-firmware-r3-dumaos-40402-disconnections-fix/
  9. It seems weird it's just this device and only on ethernet, does a new ethernet cable help? Have you tried connecting it to a different port on the router? Have you tried via LAN through your ISP modem/router?
  10. Resync the cloud on the Device Manager, Geo-Filter and Ping Heatmap then check again please
  11. Do you see anything on the map even though it shows as inactive?
  12. Does it error out if you leave it long enough?
  13. We're aware of that, remove the device from the Geo-Filter, change it to an Xbox in the Device Manager, re-add it to the Geo-Filter, close Xbox app fully including from the system tray then start it up again and it should work.
  14. You can use GAMEON10 for 10% off at the checkout
  15. They're different protocols, they each have their benefits https://surfshark.com/blog/wireguard-vs-openvpn You should have extra files that need to be entered, could you provide all the files you received please?
  16. No they should both perform in the same way
  17. It might be that you need VLAN - with it directly connected to the ONT, remove the DHCP identifiers and just use PPPoE, save that, then for the MAC address cloning part put the fritzbox MAC address (likely on a sticker on the underside of it) then save. Then for VLAN put 911 save, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes then see if you get internet please.
  18. Resync the cloud on the Geo-Filter and Ping Heatmap as it is pinging correctly for me, see if it filters better then
  19. That sounds more like it's booting you out of the game server, what's your ping in the server when it happens?
  20. Explain it to me like I'm 5 then I'll be sure to get it
  21. Okay great but which method do you require when connected direct to the ONT? If you have details for both do you need both?
  22. I mean after the drop can you jump back into a game immediately? Is it just this device?
  23. That's something you'd have to do on the device itself - the router is just reading the MAC address from the device. What would be the usecase for this? Perhaps I can suggest an alternative. How are you doing a reset exactly? It should add the default names of the devices, does it not do that?
  24. Yes that shouldn't be a problem assuming you can force that server regularly
