The defaults are admin / password so if they aren't working and yours aren't working (double check you don't have caps lock on) you will have to do a factory reset to regain access and set new credentials in the setup wizard.

NEW R3 FIRMWARE - DumaOS 4.0.290
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Jack B's topic in Netduma R3 Support
The router or the actual app? The app would be from the app store as you normally would for any app you download from there. For the router, either click the green icon bottom left of the interface or download the file from the first post in this topic, then access the interface go to Settings > Troubleshooting > Upload firmware and upload the file. -
XR1000 - Call of Duty Dual PC setup
Netduma Fraser replied to DimeRider27's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Right please try the following: Launch the game on one PC Have the second PC open command prompt and enter these commands in one by one, hitting enter after each one: ipconfig /registerdns ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew netsh winsock reset Then have this PC launch the game and see if it works please. If it doesn't work the first time try it a few more times. If not then go to the next step. I know this link isn't specifically for your issue but please try solutions 3, 4 & 5 for each PC: https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/help/Hardware-Network/connect-network/troubleshoot-party-chat -
The file itself looks fine, there are a couple of lines that could be removed if you were still experiencing an issue but sounds like you got it sorted. Not way behind really, you're just on the previous update, there hasn't been an update since the beta link I provided and NG has not made it a public release/available to download on the router so you weren't to know! Any issues let us know but as long as you read the top post of the topic I linked thoroughly you shouldn't have any issues, if you do have an issue there is a step detailed there to resolve it, of course anything else do ask.

NEW R3 FIRMWARE - DumaOS 4.0.290
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Jack B's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Glad to hear you got it sorted, thanks for the update, if you're having an issue just ask as it's usually something easily resolvable and if not then it's something the team can work on fixing. -
If you don't know what it's for then I probably wouldn't jump into getting it to be honest but generally use is for security/privacy concerns and for getting around geo restrictions e.g. watch the contents of the UK Netflix instead of the content available in your country
-
Is it regaining the internet within 5 minutes if you don't do anything? If so that's fine - it doesn't mean the firmware isn't working, it's actually the opposite and we make that better
-
This topic relates to the R1 so probably not the same issue but I'd make sure you're on the beta: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51611-new-xr500-beta-firmware-33535/ Most likely though it's the config, what's the precise issue? Could you provide the config please?

Updates on eFootball 2024

How have you set Congestion Control/SmartBOOST - what's the physical setup of your network etc? What ping were you getting? -
There are way too many variables for me to be able to give you a solid reason but what I can say is that it's very unlikely a cause of the router that it's not working and more likely to do with what I mentioned. You're doing something that isn't normal behavior so I would expect that sometimes you will not get the expected results.

admin Efootball mobile server not found Geo-Filter?
Netduma Fraser replied to SHAIKH SANGRAM's topic in Gamer Talk
Make sure you're on the latest firmware and then resync the cloud on the Geo-Filter, if you still don't see it then do the following: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give the mobile the PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 4 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works. -

You need to complete the setup wizard before you can get internet - do you see the wizard when trying to access?

Vpn Client Cyberghost
Netduma Fraser replied to ruhmer89's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
It doesn't have HybridVPN currently and it also won't be getting DumaOS 4 or any more significant feature upgrades so I wouldn't recommend it personally -
What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode. UPnP and port forwarding should be sufficient here, have PC 1 boot up the game first then PC 2 and see if they're both open then. Also, disable the Geo-Filter for them prior to loading up to check if they appear open then. For Geo: Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Use Simple instead of Custom radius Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.

Both, you can see in the graph how they both fluctuate but looks like download needs to be adjusted more. Idle you can't really do much about and that is steady anyway

admin Efootball mobile server not found Geo-Filter?
Netduma Fraser replied to SHAIKH SANGRAM's topic in Gamer Talk
How do you have your device added to the Geo-Filter? -
Refresh the page, it's likely done or timed you out so you need to login again
-
If you were connected by WiFi double check you've reconnected to the router then refresh the page

It's very much dependent on how good your connection to the Google servers is - if it's not great then it doesn't necessarily mean anything bad for gaming. Though for the Ping Under Load test you should be able to improve the results by setting Congestion Control to always and experimenting with the percentages - change percentage, test, change test etc.
