  1. Off will never work, it always has to be on, please provide a screenshot from the Geo-Filter page on a PC (uncropped) showing what you see when you get a game outside your radius please
  2. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST? Disable Adblock, that may resolve some of the issues. I've also given you Early Access to try the latest firmware https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  3. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST? What platform are you playing on and how is it connected, via ethernet or WiFi? How have you setup the Geo-Filter?
  4. This could be the effect of the update they mentioned regarding a VPN - if you're trying to force a server really far away that highly increases your ping it may not work. Where are you located and where are you trying to force?
  5. NG haven't pushed .74 to the atuo update, I'm not sure why. Glad it's working now though!
  6. Good to hear, thanks for the update!
  7. Factory reset or whatever you need to do to try to get it up, I've then given you early access so you can try to update to a version that is more stable https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  8. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. 9. You've got filtering disabled, you need to enable it for it to work
  10. Added you both
  11. Good to hear! How would you measure it's worth, what are you looking for that the XR1000 doesn't have or won't have and I can best advise
  12. NAT Type 2 is open, it just means you're connected behind a router and so you can only get NAT Type 1 by connecting directly to a modem but they're both open.
  13. Yes it's possible the Geo-Filter is blocking it/your parties, in which case Geo-Latency enabled should resolve it, otherwise adding any blocked servers when it happens that appear on the map to the allow list will solve it too.
  14. No there isn't. Don't worry about the benchmark result but do take note of the ookla results. If it's all over the place when testing direct to your modem then that or the ISP will be the issue. Make sure to remove the router from the equation before they arrive otherwise they may try to blame it
  15. Great to hear that, thanks for posting the solution!
  16. You don't receive anything, you're just able to access here now: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  17. Did you get the log directly after the disconnect or after the disconnect once you'd done a reboot? Seems like it's after a reboot. Have you applied HybridVPN to the devices you're having trouble with? Yes you can do that, if the router reads them as connected to the ports (check the LAN page) then they will appear on the Device Manager - they may not have an IP address but you will be able to see the MAC address, match that to your device and you can reserve an IP as normal on the router. You could also set a static IP on the devices themselves with these details and see if they connect: IP address: 192.168.77.X (X being a number between 2 and 249 but make sure you're not picking an IP your other devices are using) Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 Default gateway: 192.168.77.1 DNS: 192.168.77.1
  18. Usually if you click the refresh or continue to interface anyway it should allow you in, does that not happen? I've given you Early Access so you can try the firmware there, the issue should be reduced on that version: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  19. That's great to hear, thanks for the update, you're very welcome!
  20. That's great to hear, thanks for the update, you're very welcome!
  21. Added you both
  22. Can you provide a screenshot of your Geo-Filter page showing what you see when it's not working please? Make sure the map is zoomed out and it's a full screen picture, not cropped.
  23. Could be a dodgy USB port on the router then, no worries at all, do let us know how you get on - it may help someone else in future!
  24. Do you mean literally the Traffic Controller page? If so that's a parental control type feature, you need to fine tune on the QoS page
