  1. That time isn't included in the logs, did you reboot before getting the logs? Get the logs immediately before rebooting You have a different issue, I've replied to your topic
  2. That is a cool idea, the problem with that is they can have A LOT of servers clustered in one location so the list of potential servers could be huge
  3. Disabling those features just restarts things, may not be the cause. If you could provide the logs when it happens please
  4. Disable the Geo-Filter, then reboot the game, does it work without that error then?
  5. How do you have Congestion Control set? As that will affect how the speeds are reported
  6. Can you provide a picture of the back of the router and also the back of your modem please?
  7. Says here it's charged per month: https://www.telstra.com.au/help/critical-information-summaries/personal/gaming/game-optimiser/telstra-game-optimiser so if you change anything you do risk it being disabled really
  8. Thank you, I'll pass those on!
  9. I'd suggest doing a factory reset first, it's a big change. You can downgrade, just download a previous firmware and 'upgrade' to it
  10. If you could grab the logs when it happens there may be something in it that alludes to the problem but unlikely
  11. You already have it: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  12. We don't email it, you get access to it on the forum which you already have, you can find it here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  13. While connected to the router via a wired Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please. Do you have the issue with all ports? Do you have the issue with different ethernet cables? Do you have the issue trying with different wired devices?
  14. Haha no worries, mistakes happen, glad to hear you got it sorted and thanks for the update!
  15. I thought you said above that was fixed? What's the issue now exactly?
  16. You said you still get the issue with the Geo-Filter disabled right? So that's unlikely to be it and there is no other reason it would lose connection to the server. The firmware on there hasn't changed for years so shouldn't be a sudden issue really - if you could grab the logs when it happens there may be something in it that alludes to the problem but unlikely
  17. These ping differences you're seeing on the test, does this ever translate to in game or are you purely focused on this test to determine how good your connection is? Will have a look thanks Glad you were able to get updated in the end, thanks for the update!
  18. It should, how are you determining it isn't resetting, the lights aren't cycling? No that's not possible. While connected to the router via a wired Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.
  19. Did you factory reset after upgrading? You seem to be the online person having the issue so it's not necessarily an easy thing to determine the cause, if after a factory reset it continues please grab the logs again when it happens, there may be some new information
  20. It will work with what you've mentioned. Have you entered the VLAN ID into the router also as well as PPPoE?
  21. Good advice above, the IP for it is likely 10.0.0.1
  22. Do you notice anything blocked on the Geo-Filter when that happens? Would be best to make your own topic also It could be your router LAN IP address that you've changed, could you revert this to the default and see if it works more consistently please?
  23. Appreciate that thanks! I don't think it's causing much impact on the available router resources. I'll come back to you or a dev may comment directly
