To be totally transparent: Disconnects and trouble accessing the interface is something some people are experiencing - not everyone but we think we know why the disconnects are happening and we've reduced the issues accessing the interface, I'm confident they'll both be resolved. Not seen that issue at all

We're aware of that, don't worry it won't negatively affect you

We're giving the firmware more time so we can be sure it is the cause and then we'll get it in a version, we don't give out ETAs on firmware though

Central servers are showing on Heatmap for me, what are you not seeing? The Geo-Filter won't always show the servers on the map, for Fortnite especially, the way Fortnite works is that it only tries to connect to a server when you're actually loading into the game and so that is the only time it can be blocked so you are kicked back to the lobby. Couple of things you can do: Utilize Geo-Latency, this can get you games outside your radius still but is more effective for games like this that don't work well for traditional filtering. Disable filtering mode but still use it to find out what server you're on, if it's too far away then you could quit and re-search until you find the server you want. This may be quicker than letting the Geo-Filter kick you.

It's most likely related to game pass I would have thought, we'll be testing this, especially with B06 and will then get a cloud out that will help. Bridge is fine!

Could you provide a screenshot of the rules you've setup please? Is it showing ports are blocked and they're not blocked at all?

What do you want supported in DumaOS?
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Liam's topic in Community Discussion
There are Internet Rules which is essentially parental controls. You can set DNS on the router and then each device connected to the router will use that DNS regardless of what has been set on the devices themselves. You can add lists yes by adding the list URL or domains It will take the time to look into it just due to the way it's working -
If you've emailed us I will have responded to you now with your tracking but if not email [email protected] and I can provide it to you. What issue exactly? You don't need to factory reset after each update. We don't do specific updates for different needs, running the latest will generally be advisable. Given your usage I would definitely suggest spending time fine tuning Congestion Control/your SmartBOOST priorities/bandwidth allocations to what works best for your household.

Problemas con mi velocidad de internet
Netduma Fraser replied to Enterland Studios's topic in Netduma R2 Support
Did you enter the new speeds into the router? What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode -
There are no specific settings you need to change really for the game. Geo-Filter as usual, SmartBOOST on gaming, set Congestion Control and you're good to go.

XR1000 - Call of Duty Dual PC setup
Netduma Fraser replied to DimeRider27's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Oh gotcha, understood, probably related to the NG settings then as we've not seen that issue on our own routers, good solution with the cable though, better game performance too. -

Are you accessing the interface using a bookmark? If so what's the address of the bookmark? Are you running the router speed test/Ping Optimizer while playing frequently? -

If you have your device in the DMZ does that improve it? -

What's that for, the modem? There are plenty of people experiencing the issue not on our router, I'll continue to look into it but I've not seen anyone else experiencing it so far -
No it's not to do with the cache but we know what it is, we'll get that sorted

NEW R3 FIRMWARE - DumaOS 4.0.290
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Jack B's topic in Netduma R3 Support
I mean how wide is your radius, how many servers are you covering? What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode. For browser I'm referring to that last issue of the yellow screen. -
R3 geo tick rate as well as send receive rate.
Netduma Fraser replied to cloc562oc's topic in Netduma R3 Support
You can see tick rate in Steady Ping stats but won't see send/receive rate -

How restrictive is the Geo-Filter? After disabling it did you reboot the game? Did you refresh on that page and it let you in? I've not seen that before but it's almost certainly the browser, what device/browser are you using to access? Are you accessing via HTTPS or HTTP? What extensions do you have on the browser? -

When did this issue start? Are you using a VPN? Made any port changes? -
Eliminating bufferbloat has changed gaming for me
Netduma Fraser replied to Megatf's topic in Netduma R3 Support
You'll need to adjust Congestion Control in Ping Optimizer > Advanced to reduce those numbers
