It is quite likely it went to your spam/junk folder. You should receive a tracking email once shipped but if not email [email protected] and we can provide it.

Where are you downloading your content from?

It's a staggered update so everyone will get it eventually - we do that to prevent the whole customer base having a major issue if something was wrong with the firmware.

I meant enable, it may help, you may still get servers outside your radius but in the meantime it is likely the best option

I've given you Early Access, please try this specific firmware for disconnects and let us know if it helps https://forum.netduma.com/topic/56332-r3-disconnections/?do=findComment&comment=424833 -
No worries, the best bet is to have a look at our optimal settings guides here: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/folders/16000090646 this will give you a good overview and has a section on speeds. Let us know if that doesn't help and we can go from there.

Not specifically to do that no, that's what we'll have devs look at but it won't be a quick turnaround. The best bet is to enable Geo-Latency, it may work more often than not.

There is a newer firmware which you should try: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/57039-new-r3-firmware-dumaos-40290/ Try this: Split the bands, give 2.4/5GHz different names and apply - you'll want to connect to 5GHz specifically for speeds, 2.4 for stability Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _

Then it would have been incorrect at that time

The MAC address in settings and on the back of the router will not be the same, this is normal, you can ignore the previous comments about this.

Sorry to hear you're having a problem - your explanation doesn't have many details so I can't effectively provide suitable troubleshooting steps. Please provide more information about your issue and we can go from there. -
I believe IPv6 is disabled by default on the new firmware so you'll need to enable that for WAN, reboot, wait 4 minutes then check please

I thought you meant that putting a vpn config into the VPN feature was causing you to reboot. No way to do that unfortunately -
You connect it to your existing modem/router/ONT/cable from the wall, then follow the Setup Wizard on the router to connect.

It's not a bug, the secondary DNS is used as a backup, if for whatever reason the first DNS goes down. So just enter 1.1.1.1 for example and save. -

As in connected to your ISP modem/router The speedtest.net results would be correct and so it will not be limiting you. The in built speed test uses different servers and depending on when you do the test and which server it connects you to the results can be as expected or very off but it does not mean the router is limiting you, just enter your speeds manually. Enter your speeds in manually and Ping Optimizer use that as the basis for the test but I'd suggest just setting Congestion Control manually, we're overhauling Ping Optimizer currently to make it more reliable. Could you expand on that please? We need actionable feedback otherwise we can't do anything to resolve it.
