  1. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
  2. Please grab the logs when it happens. What do you mean the Geo-Filter doesn't work?
  3. I have given you Early Access, please see if the firmware there resolves your issue: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/

  5. What is the R3 connected to that allows it to get internet?
  6. That's not how it works really, what is it you're trying to achieve exactly? Also, what is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  7. See how it actually performs rather than focusing on the results of a test that don't saturate your connection
  8. No worries, that's what I'm here for, put number 1 in the first box and then you're good
  9. I've chased the team again but I doubt it, we've been having some issues with the cloud we need to sort out
  10. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3?
  11. You'll need to delete it from HVPN, go to Device Manager, change it to a PC then you can add it and make those changes
  12. I'm not following, if you've just booted your device and there is a 15 second delay, how is it disconnecting you when working from home etc?
  13. Good to hear, let's hope it continues! As long as you've fine tuned it based on PingPlotter then regardless of what the site says you'll be good.

  15. That's the unique ID for a specific server yes - good to hear, keep us posted!
  16. I can't recall, does HVPN have the option for Wireguard on that version/router? If so could you provide the config you're using please with the keys taken out?
  17. Yes this is because you're making a direct connection, either to them specifically or to a chat server
  18. For a console you'll need to cover the whole device really otherwise it may not work properly. You can try it though, just port the same port number in every box or for a range, the first number in the first boxes and last in the last boxes.
  19. Should have pushed by now but if not resync the clouds and it should work

  21. The device showing online/offline on the Device Manager wouldn't impact the connection at all, it's purely a visual representation of what it is seeing, it doesn't force any type of state. We've just released a new Early Access firmware if you could upgrade to that and see if it makes it more consistent for you: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/57983-new-r3-firmware-dumaos-40540
