  1. Any of the devices struggling to connect to those games are they added to the Geo-Filter? If so if you disable the Geo-Filter for them does that issue continue? What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  2. The Call of Duty content one is an indicator you're on the beta cloud - I suspect they forgot to remove the Call of Duty series one as they should both be prioritizing the same
  3. Okay don't run the tests when you're gaming, it will disconnect you, if you don't do that then you'll be fine
  4. Good to hear you got it sorted, thanks for the update!
  5. That's for circumventing SBMM and it's not something we support - if you use a VPN it's to change your location to that server
  6. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter to cover the servers Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better.
  7. That would be in WAN > Advanced
  8. The game uses servers and I don't believe there are any in that area, use Ping Heatmap to identify the server locations then adjust your Geo-Filter to play on those
  9. Just to be clear, I provide support, I'm not a developer, you can get as agitated with me as much as you like but I assure you it does nothing to help you, me or your issues. If you would like support then I will be happy to continue to assist you, this is your first post on the forum, you may have seen topics and posts previously but until you receive directed support for your issues I feel it's hard to provide a generalisation. If you don't want support and are instead seeing this as a challenge or a way to show us up or make you feel better then I implore you to tell me now so I can spend my time helping others that would like our support. Are you using Armor? Are you using HTTPS or HTTP to access the interface? Setting your speed tells the router the maximum bandwidth it has available, hence why the speed will then change. There has always been a workaround to allow you to filter/prioritize on PC. How are you determining it is missing packets exactly? Could you provide a video of how you're updating the names please on the Device Manager? Without a screenshot of the QoS page and a better overview of your network at the time of testing it's hard to determine what is happening there but: If you have Congestion Control set it will affect the speeds on those devices If other devices are being used at the time when testing it will affect the speeds on those devices If other devices require more bandwidth than their allocation then it will affect the speeds on those devices What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode. Are ALL devices connected to the XR? Are they connected directly or are they connected through switches, extenders, APs etc? I agree a firmware update has taken too long, you're not wrong there.
  10. Please try without polygon mode and just using the radius and see if it works better please
  11. @Truegamingthat's but when you're getting kicked off the PS for example are you running a test at that point? Fair enough, it is still Early Access so improvements will be made
  12. Remove them from denied, have Geo-Latency enabled and use the simple radius as usual but again it may not work 100%
  13. Once BO6 is available we'll be doing this and that should then apply to any previous CoD versions also
  14. If you do fancy trying Geo-Latency with it to see if you can influence what server you're on we'd love to hear your experience
  15. Did you select a game to ping? That's fine but I mean just prior to when you have the issue did you run them? Are you changing any settings prior to the issue happening e.g. while you're on the game you change a setting? Seems fine to me but you should have it as an update on your router now, do you see the green icon bottom left?
  16. Do you have it connected to a power extender or direct to an outlet? If an extender please try direct to an outlet. Otherwise do you have another power adapter you could try with?
  17. It still won't work with the Geo-Filter for filtering so denying servers will not work out for you it will just prevent you getting games. We added it so you can use Steady Ping, Ping and see where the servers are but I don't think it will filter. You can just using Geo-Latency but there is no guarantee. It depends, they may be adding processing delay on top in game (all games have it they just don't all show it) and the difference in ping would be about right if that is it. It would be the game server.

  19. Enter the speeds manually, don't let it set them for you automatically. That's the default bandwidth allocation, it won't result in a loss of speeds
  20. Access the interface and on the QoS page in the Congestion Control you can set it there
  21. Try severely throttling Congestion Control and see if that makes any difference
