  1. It's showing the server name and ping but not how it's connected to the server or how they appear on the map which will help me determine how you connected to them in the first place. Do you have strict mode off, fast search on, Ping Assist on etc? That's what a screenshot of it via a PC would help me determine
  2. If you've managed to upgrade successfully then do a factory reset and you should be in
  3. Geo-Filtering does still work yes - no one has mentioned anything about increased difficulty forcing servers further away from what I've seen. Other than the unnecessarily increased ping it may work but I can't guarantee it. Should be relatively straight forward but if not we're always here to help. This will help also: https://support.netduma.com/docs/dumaos-4/geo-filter/
  4. I think perhaps deactivating it fully, followed by a factory reset then re-enabling may be the best option currently
  5. As no one has replied to this far I'll jump in a bit. Keep in mind that they have actively made changes to prevent people using a VPN and so it may not work very well going forward. As using a VPN adds to your ping it would be better to use the Geo-Filter only for that purpose to keep your ping to a minimum.
  6. Thanks for your purchase! Any questions/issues let us know and we'll be happy to help!
  7. Upgrade from a PC instead please and it should work
  8. You've not provided a screenshot of it showing a game outside your radius so I can't really tell, can you do it from a PC instead please? I don't think we've specifically tested those services (I don't think we have them in the UK), check the domains that appear on Adblocker when an ad is playing on that service then add it to the block list
  9. https://forum.netduma.com/topic/57868-new-r3-firmware-dumaos-40478/ It's getting a lot of good feedback so far
  10. Added you all, for now the firmware has been temporarily removed while we look into the downgrade issue. Not specifically but there are general fixes so it should help.
  11. Have you updated to the latest Early Access version we released on Friday?
  12. The logs can look like there are issues but it shows a lot of background processes. Let us know how you get on
  13. Glad to hear you got it sorted, thanks for the update!
  14. Are you encountering any issues along with the log entries? If not then you can ignore it, it shows background processes all the time that may stop and start
  15. It sounds like its got itself into a weird state, do you recall any settings changes or anything specifically before you noticed the issue?
  16. Are you using Adblocker by any chance? Setting a static/reserved local (LAN) IP for all the WiFi devices: Go to Settings > DHCP Click Add Rule Click your device Click save Repeat for each WiFi device Then see if it works better please
  17. Explain it like this modem > XR1000 > WiFi booster > XR1000 > All devices etc. I can't really advise without knowing the layout, you could draw it if that's easier and provide a picture. There isn't a bridge mode but there is AP mode, essentially shuts down all router functions and just makes it provide WiFi. If you're doing a speed test at the bottom of the setup and there are devices connected to all different points in the setup then your speeds probably will be lower because everything above it can take bandwidth away from it
  18. Okay thanks, I'll pass it on. I don't think it's been added to the Geo-Filter at all
  19. I totally understand and appreciate that some people may not want to tinker very much. It would be remiss of me not to try and get people to use the router for the reason they bought it in the first place and most often if someone doesn't use it anymore it's because the settings are too much or not fully understood and that's where I come in
  20. From the default enabled options it's very likely Geo-Latency is the cause, let us know how you get on with it disabled.
  21. Added, though the firmware has been removed temporarily. That would be for NG so I wouldn't expect so.
  22. No on the R3, you're setting a static/reserved local (LAN) IP for the Xbox itself. Super easy on the R3: Go to Settings > DHCP Click Add Rule Click your device Click save and that's it!
  23. Glad to hear they're having a good experience, if we're not given the opportunity to help we can't unfortunately. It's a router that requires fine tuning and experimentation to find what works best, it may require a bit more effort but the pay off will be better.
  24. That's quite a broad question without any insight into your network - what does your physical network look like and what are you wanting to achieve?
