  1. You already have access: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  2. What do you mean exactly? Port forwarding works but it wouldn't help with this
  3. Have you entered your correct speeds into the router? Are you using Congestion Control - if so how do you have this set?
  4. Okay so the router is filtering correctly then which means it won't be a problem on your side, it will just be that the Milan server is not always available to connect to. Have it in your radius but don't force it exclusively.
  5. This has been requested before, unfortunately it can't be an option on the router to disable it, it would have to be a completely separate firmware and we are planning on doing that
  6. Italian and Spanish servers seem to be the hardest to force - do you have the same issue if you try connecting to other servers with the radius?
  7. Thank you for the request, I'll add it to the list
  8. So if you check while actively playing it's not prioritizing at all? For example, it shouldn't prioritize when you're just in a game lobby but should when you're actually playing. Could you take the PS out of the DMZ then check if it's prioritizing better please? Could you also resync the cloud then grab the log from the troubleshooting page please?
  9. How so exactly? If it's connecting then the config is working, anything after that will be resolvable/due to the rules made
  10. It's likely that being an old gen of CoD that the service isn't as valid for it - we generally try to support that last 1-2 gens + current
  11. What are your expected/paid for speeds and have you set them in the router? Are you using Congestion Control? Where are you testing the speeds and how, ethernet or WiFi?
  12. Remove that port forwarding rule you made, what UPnP will be doing will be correct, with the Geo-Filter enabled you can then ignore the NAT result, it will be a misreading - the Geo-Filter being enabled cannot cause a moderate NAT, it will simply be blocking the server used to test the NAT status. I presume you're using Xbox Game Pass to play? If so what you mentioned it expected in that state currently but we're looking into it.
  13. To allow us to help you better: What are the speeds you pay for/receive generally direct from the ISP router? What speeds are you getting through the R3 currently? Where are you testing the speeds, on the router speed test or speedtest.net for example? Are ethernet speeds as expected and therefore just WiFi being slow or are both affected? What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3?
  14. Thank you very much for the kind words, I appreciate it!
  15. Exactly as above, by having your Ping Assist range so wide you're basically allowing connections to any server up to 200ms - is it that the description under Ping Assist is in English and so you couldn't tell this is what it did or is there a way we can make it more clear otherwise?
  16. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
  17. It doesn't update upon a factory reset no, it will keep the same firmware version you're on though - you can upgrade after or during potentially if there is a newer update
  18. Are you on the beta firmware? Are you saying the router will actually reboot itself or just that it will regain connection?
  19. The defaults are admin / password so if they aren't working and yours aren't working (double check you don't have caps lock on) you will have to do a factory reset to regain access and set new credentials in the setup wizard.
  20. The router or the actual app? The app would be from the app store as you normally would for any app you download from there. For the router, either click the green icon bottom left of the interface or download the file from the first post in this topic, then access the interface go to Settings > Troubleshooting > Upload firmware and upload the file.
  21. If you add your gaming device to the VPN and it's greyed out it means it is going through the VPN - if you don't want it to go through the VPN don't add it - the VPN does not apply to all devices by default
  22. Right please try the following: Launch the game on one PC Have the second PC open command prompt and enter these commands in one by one, hitting enter after each one: ipconfig /registerdns ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew netsh winsock reset Then have this PC launch the game and see if it works please. If it doesn't work the first time try it a few more times. If not then go to the next step. I know this link isn't specifically for your issue but please try solutions 3, 4 & 5 for each PC: https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/help/Hardware-Network/connect-network/troubleshoot-party-chat
  23. The file itself looks fine, there are a couple of lines that could be removed if you were still experiencing an issue but sounds like you got it sorted. Not way behind really, you're just on the previous update, there hasn't been an update since the beta link I provided and NG has not made it a public release/available to download on the router so you weren't to know! Any issues let us know but as long as you read the top post of the topic I linked thoroughly you shouldn't have any issues, if you do have an issue there is a step detailed there to resolve it, of course anything else do ask.
