  1. That's really bizarre, some sort of weird incompatibility with that cable, the router and the console then? Never heard of that before! At least you've got that sorted, well done!
  2. No need to keep posting, we will get back to you. It's chosen Portuguese automatically for you - I can see the language has changed in the background - it does it based on your PC system language. No sure what you mean about WiFi 5/6 - devices themselves need to support WiFi 6, if they do they'll use it, if not they'll use WiFi 5.
  3. Reboot the hub, wait 2 minutes, then reboot the R3, wait 4 minutes then check if you have internet/complete the setup wizard if applicable
  4. We're testing it currently and we'll make any necessary cloud updates when complete
  5. What game are you playing? What platform are you playing on and how is it connected, via ethernet or WiFi? How have you setup the Geo-Filter? Can you provide an uncropped screenshot of what you see when this happens please?
  6. Glad to hear you managed to solve the issue and thanks for posting the solution!
  7. It's because either you're experiencing ISP congestion (lots of people in your area all using the internet at once, e.g. when they come home from school or work and so it causes congestion) or the same scenario but the game servers experiencing congestion because lots of people are playing after work/school etc.
  8. Low Latency Only will completely disable throttling unless low-latency traffic is detected, which may cause issues. For example, if gaming or work is detected then it will apply throttling, in all other scenarios it won't.
  9. You're using PPPoE so that option for IPv6 should work, auto detect is designed to detect the easiest/best method of connection so that should work also
  10. It sounds as though the ethernet cable you're using to connect the two is limited to 100Mbps, do you have a better cable you can use?
  11. That makes more sense, if it doesn't show any devices connected or traffic then those features wouldn't work - it's just a symptom of a difference issue. Please describe your exact physical setup and any changes you've made on the router from their defaults. Have you set static IPs on all the devices themselves?
  12. Thanks for that, what devices do you have connected to ports 1 & 4? Do other devices drop connection when it happens?
  13. Steady Ping won't always be able to prioritize unfortunately, we're working on a new ping method that should help though. Game servers don't respond to pings very well which then makes it difficult to stabilize a ping we can't properly determine
  14. Yes that could help, it's very likely the issue I mentioned, every disconnect issue we've seen on the XR has been due to that, in which case if it's still happening with reserved IPs you'll have to do it for every device and then disable DHCP
  15. It's been in Early Access for a little while, I've given you access: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  16. I concur, doing the above gives you the best of both worlds, the features of the R3 + WiFi 7 from the RS700
  17. You both have Early Access and can see the latest version there with the changes made: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/57223-new-firmware-r3-dumaos-40402-disconnections-fix/
  18. Yes Portugese is an option but it looks like it has detected it for you and set it to be used
  19. You can do that, it could certainly eliminate the hub renewing the XR potentially causing a disconnect. I more meant set reserved IPs for the devices connected to the XR in the XR DHCP page
  20. It's unlikely it was that twice, unless it's renewing each device at different times depending on when their lease first started but surely not. Do give them a reserved IP, keep DHCP enabled and see if it happens again.
  21. https://forum.netduma.com/topic/57039-new-r3-firmware-dumaos-40290/ but there are more in Early Access which I've now given you access to: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  22. Okay please email [email protected] with a link to this topic and your order number
  23. That router would have those details pre-setup for you, especially if they restrict access to the interface. Worth double checking with them if you require anything specific to connect to the modem or if they require you to use their router - if they do, then it might be that if you copy the MAC address of the spectrum router and make the R2 use that you can trick it into working.
