  5. If you get it playing directly then it's likely nothing on your side that you can control, it could be your routing to the servers. Is better in non peak times?

The Adblocker isn't going to detect games, it's sole purpose is to block ads - we can't have a list that blocks every ad on every device ever, any that it doesn't cover you can add manually, either individual sites or by adding pre-made lists you find online. Those services are likely out of date, add the PC with the Games Console service instead and it will prioritize in the meantime.
  7. Are you able to connect to and play from your ISP modem at any point to see if you get the same issue? Was this an issue you had before getting the router?
  8. Where are you measuring the packet loss? Do you see the same issue directly connected to your modem? Are you playing via ethernet or WiFi?
  9. We usually recommend 70% starting point for Congestion Control and then experimenting from there. What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the XR? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup Traffic Prioritization? What game are you playing? How is the PS5 connected, via ethernet or WiFi? How have you setup the Geo-Filter?

  12. The beta isn't available for the XR1000 currently. When you add the console to the Geo-Filter select the manual option and it will add with the Games Console service and then you can use it as you want

  15. If you're not sure what settings do in the network settings it's always best to leave them alone. If you don't have IPv6 then enabling IPv6 won't do anything. DMZ passes all traffic through to the device you put in it, this can be helpful to open NAT but is a major security issue if you do it for a PC so if you've done that take it out, it's fine to use for a console.
  16. I believe it's enabled by default so still could be enabled even if you see the tour if it says enable then no that won't be it. Where are you seeing the ping, in game or on the Geo-Filter? Are you trying to use the Geo-Filter with the game?

  18. On the QoS page, in the Congestion Control menu you can adjust the speeds manually, then QoS will work a lot better, that should prevent any lag issues. You're still getting bandwidth on the console, gaming just doesn't use much so it will never show that kind of amount.
  19. It may be that due to this time of year more people are playing and the servers are becoming fuller which in turn makes it hard to force a server if you just have the one selected
  20. Slowdowns in what sense? On bandwidth allocation, on the devices setting you can give the TV less bandwidth then you can disable Share Excess and that will have everything keep to the bandwidth set but keep in mind everything will be limited

  22. It won't prioritize WiFi over wired, especially as the console is the only thing you've given priority to. Are you experiencing issues in game when the TV is used?
  23. If it can't ping the server properly it will have a hard time stabilizing them. Glad to hear that was the cause, thanks for the update!
