You have to have filtering on otherwise it's not doing anything

You need to set Ping Assist to 0, reboot the gaming device and try again

No worries, it's probably a simple fix!

I've given you access: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/ I doubt the firmware itself will fix the issue, can you provide a screenshot of the full Geo-Filter page showing what you see when this happens please?

Is that the public version you're on or the beta? If you're not on the beta then please upgrade to that: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51611-new-xr500-beta-firmware-33535/ If it doesn't work could you record a video showing what you see please? -
Are you using PPPoE/VLAN or IPv6?

What router are you using and what firmware version is it on? Are you accessing via HTTP or HTTPS? Make sure it's HTTP and the browser isn't forcing it to use HTTPS -

Great to hear that, thanks for the update!

Okay great, lets ignore waveform then as we can't rely on that currently to report accurately. There is likely some settings that are restricting the speeds. You mentioned you had the issue after a factory reset, is there anything you changed right away upon getting into the interface or did you test right away?
-
When this happens are you going away at any point and the console goes into standby/instant on mode and then when you play again it stops working?

Put your PC in the DMZ on the R3 then run speedtest.net what do you get? Remove the PC from the DMZ immediately once you've completed it

There is an article here that will help you: https://fttppro.co.uk/replacing-the-hub-5x-with-a-was-110-sfp-module-on-virgin-medias-xgs-pon-broadband/ I only skimmed it but it looks like you'd need a router with an SFP port to connect it to so in this case it wouldn't work with the DumaOS router. Presumably you could find an SFP > Ethernet adapter though and then it should work.
