BRING BACK SHARING BANDWIDTH TURN OFF OPTION PLEASE!
Netduma Fraser replied to iOrcus's topic in Netduma R3 Support
A feature request isn't guaranteed to be included, it has been added to the list but I don't know if/when it may be added. It shouldn't be needed for SmartBOOST but you can reserve bandwidth for devices so they devices you need bandwidth for and you don't want bandwidth taken away from them set them to have a specified amount. You could also adjust the order for what you want prioritized. If Congestion Control is being utilized as well it shouldn't happen much. In the above screenshot do you have streaming prioritized for example? -
NEW R3 FIRMWARE - DumaOS 4.0.290
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Jack B's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better. If you change settings while on the game without restarting the game that will happen. -
Why is it in the hands of someone else? The instructions should be detailed enough for anyone to follow

Warzone geo filter not showing ping while in match
Netduma Fraser replied to Chasrick's topic in Netduma R3 Support
It's not naming it a PS but rather giving it a PS device type, there is no solid way to ensure it pings every server because they don't like responding to pings. -
There may be a few servers clustered in that location that you'll need to add, any more IDs please do provide them

Warzone geo filter not showing ping while in match
Netduma Fraser replied to Chasrick's topic in Netduma R3 Support
It won't be able to ping every server as game servers don't respond to traditional pings, we're working on a new ping method that may resolve this. This may help with the consistency of pinging but isn't a guarantee: Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Then boot up application/game/client then see if it works better. -
Slow download speeds on BattleNet launcher with R3
Netduma Fraser replied to fanahtic's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Good advice above, please do check the specific download settings on the launcher and if you're not already on the latest firmware you can find it here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/57039-new-r3-firmware-dumaos-40290/ -
I was going to say it's probably the Ireland server. You don't need to do that, just add it to your allow list and you can keep the radius the size you want. We will do that, could you provide the ID as well please as that will help speed it up.

Are you using the credentials you use to login to NordVPN on their website or the service credentials? It needs to be the latter that you should be able to access in your NordVPN dashboard

Okay if you've returned the XR1000 then please explain what the issue is you're having with the XR500

A factory reset will revert it to factory default settings so as though you were setting it up again for the first time, the only thing that persists through is the firmware version you're on. The team have said it should be working without the workaround I mentioned so they'll be testing it and getting a fix out via the cloud as soon as they can.

NEW R3 FIRMWARE - DumaOS 4.0.290
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Jack B's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Could you clarify what you mean exactly? -
I've let the team know just so they can check it but they will anyway with BO6 arriving soon. What do you mean stuck in first screen? Are you seeing anything on the map being blocked?
-
That's Bandwidth Allocation, I'm referring to Traffic Prioritization at the bottom of the page.

No it's unnecessary

Thank you, I'll pass that on! We'll most likely be doing another one with the B06 release so a week or so perhaps

Have you disabled share excess by any chance? How do you have Traffic Prioritization set?
-
The test on the console is an estimate, I believe it says this, it doesn't mean you aren't getting those speeds. With a wired PC and QoS on what speeds do you get on speedtest.net? How do you have Traffic Prioritization set?
