  1. Here you are: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51612-new-xr700-beta-firmware-33363/
  2. Added
  3. No need to create a new topic per question, I've merged them all into this one topic. Based on the prioritization rule you set it will set that up automatically, there is no manual way to set this. You can disable SmartBOOST from the settings I would always suggest staying on the latest firmware. Yes the Geo-Filter will work when using a VPN, however, if you have the VPN applied on the PC itself rather than using the VPN client on the router that may be why you're having those issues. Use it on the router and they should work fine.
  4. You can't, HVPN only supports OpenVPN and Wireguard
  5. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  6. You've had no delays whatsoever without it enabled over the weekend?

  8. Enable Speed Test Bypass, what do you get then? Are devices directly connected to the router? Are you testing over WiFi?
  9. Have you disabled speed test bypass? How have you setup SmartBOOST?
  10. It gives you a consistent ping that is higher, if you experience jitter then it's a good idea to use it, if your ping is low and generally stable you may be better off without
  11. Provide a screenshot of the WAN and LAN page please
  12. You need to keep it set to the speeds you have and adjust Congestion Control for that
  13. It's likely the ethernet cables you're using - check the WAN and LAN page, it will tell you which ones are limited to 100Mbps.
  14. Check the IP on the PC itself, then check the device manager for the device you think it is, do the IPs match?
  15. Get the OpenVPN or Wireguard Configuration files, enter the contents into the config box on HVPN, enter your VPN credentials and connect. Make the rules you want it to apply to. Any issues let us know.
  16. Launch is always hit or miss though I am surprised I've heard less about it this time around. Either way once people start dropping off it will definitely improve
  17. If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R2 (found on the System Information page) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN on the R2 and enable remote support in Settings. Then post back here from a device connected to the R2 when you've done that and I'll try to get a dev to remote force an upgrade for you either today or tomorrow.
  18. Ah well done on resolving it! I've given you early access, please try this firmware and see if that resolves it: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/57223-new-firmware-r3-dumaos-40402-disconnections-fix/
  19. It seems weird it's just this device and only on ethernet, does a new ethernet cable help? Have you tried connecting it to a different port on the router? Have you tried via LAN through your ISP modem/router?
  20. Resync the cloud on the Device Manager, Geo-Filter and Ping Heatmap then check again please
  21. Do you see anything on the map even though it shows as inactive?
  22. Does it error out if you leave it long enough?
  23. We're aware of that, remove the device from the Geo-Filter, change it to an Xbox in the Device Manager, re-add it to the Geo-Filter, close Xbox app fully including from the system tray then start it up again and it should work.
  24. You can use GAMEON10 for 10% off at the checkout
