I filled in MISSED or DISLOCATED SERVERS on 15 October 2020. Today is 24th October 2020 and yet those servers are not appearing in right location nor i am connecting to those servers. My ping to those servers are 5ms to 8ms. (Ping test via PC). Ideally we bought a finished product and it must performed from day one. Yet we have been patient and it seems you guys are not taking us seriously. Regardless of spending 100 of hours yet its not even better than what we already have. We assist you guys so you could fix it. It is evident that with the launch of Netgear router, you guys have lost interest in Netduma. COD modern warfare is in last days and by the time CLOUD update or schedule update it may be too late. It is sheer frustration and hopelessness. We've just launched our own router so we certainly haven't given up on ourselves. I've asked Alex to do an update so I'm hopeful he'll do it soon. If Work in progress and when it will be done. If completed please share screen shots as we submit to show the changes. All you need to do is adjust the radius or polygons to just cover Brazil and block any other country like the US that has a lot of servers and you should be able to force them if they're available. If it's not showing up on Ping Heatmap or the Geo-Filter then it may be offline or mislocated, what ping do you usually get to the Miami server? The icons with the solid white circles are either allowed hosts by you or whitelisted by us and required for authentication and won't impact your game ping.
