  1. Thanks for your prompt reply, I could not get you. I already put R2 WAN IP on ISP DMZ. However I need to know how and where I should put R2 WAN IP in ISP hub? Shall I put R2 WAN IP in ISP hub from the following: 1) DHCP Static IP 2) DHCP IPv6 Static IP Which one from the above or if non of the above please explain. Thanks
  2. Hi 1) I don't use Xbox at all. I only use Playstation 4 shall i also disable IPv6 in LAN & WAN on Netduma R2? 2) On the other hand I remember that you asked me to go to ISP HUB and put Netduma R2 WAN IP in DHCP static IP or DHCP IPv6 static IP? Thanks

  4. Hi Well I have tried ISP router directly with PS4 (without Netduma). Yet I get same message in speed test screen. I have tried only with wired connection and wireless connection too. Its take too long to decide NAT. Once NAT 2 appears message displays at the same time. Now I am not a IT expert and bought Netduma as P&P. Currently I have ISP router and Netduma R2 linked. I have put Netduma R2 in ISP router in DMZ. While I was checking MTU settings I come a cross this issue (pic attached) it seems DHCPv6 server configurations are not set properly you may see red *** Is this means I need to solve this with ISP or will you be able to assist. Somehow my ISP is not supportive. Let me know if its relevant? Help me

  7. Hello anyone out there? Why no one is bothering about this issue. Upon Google this subject I come a cross this tread from Netduma R2 forum and to my surprise a special PM firmware update was issued to solve his problem. Here is the image of that post. Why I have not been sent PM and that firmware update and why that thread has been closed. Why double standards?
  8. Hi again, Yet another problem, i just noticed that after speed test on ps4 following statements shows at the bottom "ROUTER IN USE MIGHT NOT SUPPORT IP PACKET FRAGMENTATION AND SOME PS4 FEATUERS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE, CONTACT YOUR ROUTER MANUFACTURE". I checked on my laptop via command prompt "config www.google.com -f -l 1472 (it shows that no fragmentation and 0 packet loss) my IPS router MTU is set at 1500 (1472+28=1500). My Netduma R2 router MTU is not set up. Do i have to set it up MTU 1500 on Netduma R2 as well? I already give up on following features: Geo-filtering Heat map Congestion control Traffic control and now this MTU problem. I hope you have a solution...
  9. Hi again, After several attempts to export Generate Full Log app crashes and only allow me to send feed back. Do you think screen shots will help if I paste over here?
  10. I made the changes yet when I try to activate filtering mode from mobile application I get attached image. I have attached image of Geofilter so you could see that device type is console. After loading game shall I leave filtering mode on and turn off laptop and continue playing online?
  11. Over several posts I learned that before playing any game (in my case COD). We suppose to take following steps: 1) Load the game on ps4. 2) Upon reaching menu. 3) we suppose to log on to Netduma r2 and click on already added device to activate filtering mode. 4) once its activated we click on warzone or multiplayer mode. I also read that now we could do same process over mobile application and no longer required to use laptop. Prior to latest firmware update, this function was working on mobile app and after firmware update. I am receiving message "Game Filtering Unavailable" when I try activating already added ps4 device. I hope you got it.
  12. After updating my Netduma R2 to latest firmware, when I use mobile app, Geofilter and activate filtering mode. Message popped up saying "Game Filtering Unavailable". Previously without update i use to load my PS4 game COD Modern Warfare game. Upon reaching game main menu i use to open app on my mobile and activate Geofilter, Filtering mode. It use to work. Its no longer work.
