  1. It'll be a mislocated server on the map, add it to your allow list for the moment so you can connect to it and if you could provide us with the ID we can correct its location
  2. Yes unfortunately due to the way they have their matchmaking setup it can take a long time to get kicked back to the lobby when it blocks a server. You may find it more efficient to disable filtering for the device but still have it added to the Geo-Filter so you can see what server it puts you on and quit to the lobby then research for a game, it may be faster. Another symptom of their matchmaking system, being the party leader should resolve it (it does in other games) but may not help here Add the chat server to your allow list and then you can keep your radius over the servers you want to play while still able to chat to them
  3. Factory reset then try to update as soon as you can and it should work then
  4. They could be London servers or they could be mislocated, provide an ID for one and I can check
  5. Can you provide a screenshot of the WAN & LAN pages please?
  6. As far as what we've seen it doesn't appear so but they could have been offline at the time we checked, best to check the Geo-Filter for more accuracy when playing. Thank you, we'll look into those
  7. The XR is still in the DMZ/exposed host on the fritz? Could you provide uncropped screenshots of the Device Manager (table view), QoS page, System Information, Settings > Internet Setup please
  8. I've responded to you via email
  9. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST? What speeds do you get via ethernet to speedtest.net? Are you downloading over WiFi or ethernet?
  10. That would have been an estimate but as with most of our estimates it's never within that timeframe, I know it is coming but I don't have an ETA for you
  11. Reboot the router, wait 4 minutes then attempt the upgrade again please
  12. Yes it does, thanks for the update!
  13. I'm not sure honestly but this topic may provide some more information: https://www.reddit.com/r/Warzone/comments/1cjo3oh/shadowban_how_it_works_and_how_activison_wont_do/
  14. That's a shame but not too surprising, looking like a shadow ban then unfortunately.
  15. The timeline is really helpful thank you, I've given you Early Access, please upgrade to that firmware and that should fix it while we look into it https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  16. It's an authentication server, it should be allowed, so please allow it and follow that process and see if it works please
  17. You did say it occurred direct to your modem as well but on your video there is a blocked icon in Ireland - allow that then try again, you may need to do it a few times, does it work then? If so please provide the IDs
  18. It's not linked to the specific game disc/copy you're using, it'll be linked to your game account
  19. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? How have you setup Congestion Control? Can you provide a screenshot? How have you setup SmartBOOST? Can you provide a screenshot? Did you disable uTP in the torrent app? Have you changed the R3 LAN IP?
  20. Please try in an incognito window and ensure your browser isn't forcing HTTPS and try again
  21. Yeah it's pretty good, it may be possible to slightly improve it through heavy trial and error with adjustments but the gains you'd achieve wouldn't really be worth the effort.
  22. Won't be the router then unfortunately and most likely a shadow ban. A good way to double check would be to go to someones house who plays the same game and doesn't have the same issue (double check that), sign in to your profile and check on their setup. If it happens again it's definitely a ban, if not then it'll be due to your ISP / modem
  23. You'll have to check direct to the modem then, if you get the same issue then the shadow ban is likely. Yes that's the one, at least from the video you sent in that would have been toggled off
  24. That doesn't mean the Geo-Filter is enabled - click on your device on the Geo-Filter, there is a filtering toggle there. Could be voice chat as well, could be anything, check with Activision
  25. It was just a security update so would be surprised if it did. The only workaround I'm aware of is applying static/reserved IPs to devices outside the DHCP range and if it continues then disabling DHCP fully so only devices given a reserved IP can connect
