  1. I've given you access: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/ I doubt the firmware itself will fix the issue, can you provide a screenshot of the full Geo-Filter page showing what you see when this happens please?
  2. Is that the public version you're on or the beta? If you're not on the beta then please upgrade to that: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51611-new-xr500-beta-firmware-33535/ If it doesn't work could you record a video showing what you see please?
  3. Are you using PPPoE/VLAN or IPv6?
  4. What router are you using and what firmware version is it on? Are you accessing via HTTP or HTTPS? Make sure it's HTTP and the browser isn't forcing it to use HTTPS
  5. Good to hear, make sure you check the DMZ again, as you've reset it's likely the WAN IP has changed, that should help with the turning issue. That's super weird but makes sense why a lot of people have it, thanks for the update, I'll definitely keep it in mind!
  6. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  7. Okay great, lets ignore waveform then as we can't rely on that currently to report accurately. There is likely some settings that are restricting the speeds. You mentioned you had the issue after a factory reset, is there anything you changed right away upon getting into the interface or did you test right away?
  8. Here is a guide: https://www.vodafone.co.uk/cs/groups/public/documents/contentdocuments/vfcon090499.pdf then put the R2 WAN IP in it. What do you mean it can't connect to the internet exactly? You don't need internet to access the interface
  9. How have you set the powerhub to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Could you try WiFi just to see if you get the same issue?
  10. When this happens are you going away at any point and the console goes into standby/instant on mode and then when you play again it stops working?
  11. Put your PC in the DMZ on the R3 then run speedtest.net what do you get? Remove the PC from the DMZ immediately once you've completed it
  12. What is the M&K? Have you tried without the XIM? What firmware version are you on? Do you get the disconnects over WiFi?
  13. That's a local IP address so likely another device you have connected, are you trying to matchmake against yourself/another device at home?
  14. There is an article here that will help you: https://fttppro.co.uk/replacing-the-hub-5x-with-a-was-110-sfp-module-on-virgin-medias-xgs-pon-broadband/ I only skimmed it but it looks like you'd need a router with an SFP port to connect it to so in this case it wouldn't work with the DumaOS router. Presumably you could find an SFP > Ethernet adapter though and then it should work.
  15. It does work, I'm just saying that sometimes it's unable to ping and that is expected. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if you see servers more consistently.
  16. Thank you, that's all fine. You said it happened all of a sudden, can you think of anything that changed settings wise or with the physical setup e.g. adding a new device etc prior to the issue happening?
  17. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better.
  18. Added, use the link above, the instructions to install are in the pinned topic at the top for the firmware
  19. Game servers don't respond to traditional pings so we try to be clever in order to get a successful ping but it doesn't always work. It will then try to fall back to the trace method which won't give you the correct ping in most cases but hopefully somewhere near it, however this can also fail. We're working on a new ping method that may help but I don't have an ETA for this. Are you using a PC?
