  1. Set up the G3100 so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 (found in Settings > WAN) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. Also try the latest firmware: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/58012-new-r3-firmware-dumaos-40540/
  2. Change the IPv6 DNS manually to the ones your ISP uses, save, reboot your Huawei, wait 2 minutes, then reboot the R3 from the interface, wait 4 minutes then check again please.
  3. Could you try changing the SSID of the WiFi and then try WPS please and see if it works?
  4. Okay disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN, reboot the router from the interface, wait 4 minutes then try again please
  5. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode What firmware version are you on currently?
  6. We post in Early Access fairly regularly, public updates will be the slowest as we only want the most stable versions to be public. I've added you to Early Access: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  7. Yes that's correct, ahh that's great to hear, no worries at all!
  8. Sorry to hear that, the DHCP steps I mentioned before should resolve the disconnects
  9. You have to have filtering on otherwise it's not doing anything
  10. You need to set Ping Assist to 0, reboot the gaming device and try again
  11. Can you provide a video of this turning issue? It's not really a networking issue for us I don't think, no reason network wise why that would be worse. The LAN cable issue is a common one for the PS consoles, never heard of this turning one though
  12. No worries, it's probably a simple fix!
  13. I've given you access: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/ I doubt the firmware itself will fix the issue, can you provide a screenshot of the full Geo-Filter page showing what you see when this happens please?
  14. Is that the public version you're on or the beta? If you're not on the beta then please upgrade to that: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51611-new-xr500-beta-firmware-33535/ If it doesn't work could you record a video showing what you see please?
  15. Are you using PPPoE/VLAN or IPv6?
  16. What router are you using and what firmware version is it on? Are you accessing via HTTP or HTTPS? Make sure it's HTTP and the browser isn't forcing it to use HTTPS
  17. Good to hear, make sure you check the DMZ again, as you've reset it's likely the WAN IP has changed, that should help with the turning issue. That's super weird but makes sense why a lot of people have it, thanks for the update, I'll definitely keep it in mind!
  18. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
