  1. Do this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client It should work better then
  2. You have deleted a device from the Device Manager that was added to Traffic Prioritization on the QoS page and to the Geo-Filter. You have two options to remove the error and restore functionality: Factory reset Reconnect the device to the router via the same method (ethernet or WiFi), give it the same name as you had previously in the Device Manager as well as give it the same device type in the Device Manager
  3. No it won't be that, the error on the web browser is a standard no internet message. DNS maps domain names e.g. Google.com to IP addresses e.g. 8.8.8.8 so that when you go to Google.com you get connected to the 8.8.8.8 IP address and the content is displayed. With no internet that DNS process can't happen which is all it's really saying, I've tried to determine the IP address of this website you want to connect to but I'm unable to.
  4. Do speedtest.net, do you see the same behavior there? Is the internet dropping for all devices or specific devices? Is it being dropped from the game or definitely internet? Does it reconnect automatically or do you need to do anything to restore it?
  5. How/where are you measuring that happen exactly? Is this while doing an actual download, not a speed test? If so where are you downloading from?
  6. Confirmation may have gone to spam but if you email [email protected] I can provide your order number. You will get a dispatch/tracking email yes
  7. The only thing the logs indicate is the DHCP lease changing so in DHCP settings set the lease to 10000 and give all devices a static/reserved IP - super quick to do on the R3. Once you've done that reboot the router from the interface, wait 4 minutes before accessing and monitor from there
  8. Added, I'd suggest making a new topic for your issue though
  9. I'll pass on the details to the team and let you know when they attempt it
  10. Okay so setup the Geo-Filter then reboot the console and try again
  11. Ah so it's trying to overlap itself, that's crazy it would even allow that to happen, well done on figuring it out!
  12. If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R2 (found in System Information) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN on the R2 and enable remote support in Settings. Then post back here from a device connected to the R2 when you've done that and we'll attempt to connect on Monday to force an upgrade through for you.
  13. Did you upload the firmware to the router to do the update?
  14. That's definitely a possibility, in that case, try streaming one using streamlabs and one using OBS and see if it works without issue
  15. What firmware version are you on currently and what version are you trying to upgrade to?
  16. That's awesome, hope you love it! I've added you: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  17. Yes the R3 should be put in the DMZ on the Technicolor. You should set the speeds you pay for/receive in the router then use Congestion Control, you're throttling way too much currently which isn't needed. Follow this guide https://support.netduma.com/frequently-asked-questions/legacyfaqs/test-your-ping/ while downloading & start with 95% for Congestion Control (set to Always), check results, decrease by 10%, check, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good & then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value & you may have a better experience with differing values.

  19. It must be losing power then during the reboot, I don't see any other reason why that would be happening, do you have it connected to an extender or direct to an outlet? Do you have another power adapter with similar voltage you can use to test?
  20. How are you doing it, via the interface or the big physical button? I suspect it's losing power in that case if you're not unplugging it or factory resetting it from the pin or interface. Is it connected to an extender or direct to an outlet?
  21. Are you unplugging the router from the power to reboot it?
  22. Sounds good, thanks for the update! You can always download the previous version from the Netgear site and downgrade to that, then disable auto update on the firmware update page so it doesn't upgrade itself should issues arise again
  23. Don't have an ETA for you, it's only been 1 workday so far so unlikely they've been able to look into it yet
