  1. Very likely the Geo-Filter is blocking the server used to test your NAT status. Check on the map for an icon being blocked when you run the NAT test and add it to your allow list, that should then fix it. They may have a couple of servers responsible so you may need to do it a few times to get all of them.
  2. You said in your other topic that you unplugged it and plugged it back in again, was it plugged back in in the exact same place with the same cable, no other differences etc?
  3. It's specifically a factory reset on that firmware version to rule out any remnants from the previous version impacting it. Honestly it doesn't make any sense at all. Could you move it closer to try another cable at all just temporarily? Do you require PPPoE/VLAN/DHCP identifiers for a connection?

  6. Where specifically around the UK are you seeing it? Can you provide a screenshot?
  7. Did they appear with white circles around them? Otherwise it's not the servers being whitelisted that is the issue

  9. Click Advanced WAN Settings on the No Internet Setup Wizard page then skip and continue until you get to the interface. Then do the reboot method I mentioned previously. If it continues then check what the modem says and get the R3 logs please.
  10. If you put your radius to the entire world with it on can you get games then?
  11. If you check the Sagemcom router interface does it show the R3 as a connected device? Could you get the log from the R3 Settings > Troubleshooting page please?

  13. What is the modem/router the R3 is connected to to get internet? Can you provide pictures of the back of the R3 how it's connected and the back of your modem how its connected please?
  14. What is the actual issue you're having though? The port rules themselves don't really explain anything about the issue. Also if you could provide a link to the port requirements that would be helpful
  15. The speed reduction is due to PPPoE then. If you can't use another modem/router to handle PPPoE so you can get higher speeds on the R2 then set to 300.
  16. Oh okay interesting, someone else said disabling the Geo-Filter didn't work for them. It's odd you can't see anything on the map now, it is added with the console service correct? The device IP matches with the IP shown for the device you think it is on the Device Manager?
  17. Where are you testing the speeds? Is the R2 in the DMZ on your ISP modem/router? Are ALL devices connected to the R2? If you truly can't get more than 300 and everything is done and set correctly then I'd suggest setting to 300.
  18. Try making a Traffic Controller rule to allow ALL traffic through to the device and see if that helps at all
  19. Ping Assist doesn't rely on it being a player host, it works with servers too
  20. The game uses dedicated servers so the other players will not appear on the Geo-filter so you can't block them
  21. What is the modem/router the R3 is connected to to get internet? Reboot your modem, wait 2 minutes then reboot the R3, wait 4 minutes then check again

  23. The ping test isn't 100% reliable so I would suggest using a different way to measure the effectiveness of your Congestion Control settings to find what works best for you. Thanks for your feedback about wanting to see a router with better gig support, I'll let the team know!
  24. Do a factory reset and then don't change any settings at all, can you connect to all the games?
