  1. Reserve the IP for the PC if you haven't already and disable IPv6 for LAN/WAN on the R3, does that prevent the issue?
  2. @Mushiiipeas an update to the cloud was made in the last few days so that should be fixed now if you want to re-upgrade
  3. No that's not possible you have to be connected directly to the router via ethernet or WiFi. You could enable WiFi, split the bands, disable 5GHz, then disable broadcast of 2.4GHz so it doesn't appear in WiFi lists and connect manually and then whenever you want to access it you can join it
  4. In Settings > DHCP > Add Rules > Select Device > Save. Do that for the gaming device and see if it continues please.
  5. If I've missed a comment just comment again and I'll see it. Also someone asked for access in your topic and I added them so you can see you only need to ask for access and it will be given. I've added you now.
  6. Double check the IP on your PS itself is the same as the IP it shows for the device you think it is in the Device Manager, do they match? Are you leaving the console in an instant on/standby state?
  7. That's super weird but glad to hear that resolved it, thanks for the update! No worries!
  8. Logs from the troubleshooting page, not the VPN log
  9. I don't think there would be anything on the router blocking it specifically, it's created a tunnel between you and the VPN server. Could you enable it again and then get the logs from the troubleshooting page please?
  10. Try changing All activities to something specific like web, then check if you have internet on the device, then check if the IP has changed on an IP check site
  11. We've made a change so resync again and hopefully it'll work now
  12. The log seems to indicate it has connected fine, have you made any changes to the network settings on the devices themselves or made any other rules for the devices on the router?
  13. I'm checking currently and will come back to you
  14. I'd go with option B so everything can be controlled by the R3 and you'll get the most out of it then you can do whatever you need to behind to have far reaching WiFi
  15. That's correct Congestion Control will be disabled prior to SmartBOOST being disabled. Presumably they set it before disabling it but then it wouldn't take affect anyway.
  16. As above you don't want to deny it, you want to allow it, that was the purpose of disabling the Geo-Filter to see if anything was trying/able to connect that wasn't when the Geo-Filter was enabled. Let us know if it works better after allowing it.
  17. Glad to hear you got that aspect sorted. What game is this you're playing? How do you have your Geo-Filter set - can you provide a screenshot?
  18. This is for the R2 but I've given you access to the R3 Early Access
  19. Can you get the whole log, just copy/paste please
  20. That's because technically the 500/EX are connected via ethernet to the XR1000 and so it can't determine how else the devices connected to those are connected
  21. Try setting one of the DNS in the config file in the HybridVPN DNS section and see if it works then please
