  1. That's the unique ID for a specific server yes - good to hear, keep us posted!
  2. I can't recall, does HVPN have the option for Wireguard on that version/router? If so could you provide the config you're using please with the keys taken out?
  3. Yes this is because you're making a direct connection, either to them specifically or to a chat server
  4. For a console you'll need to cover the whole device really otherwise it may not work properly. You can try it though, just port the same port number in every box or for a range, the first number in the first boxes and last in the last boxes.
  5. Should have pushed by now but if not resync the clouds and it should work
  6. The device showing online/offline on the Device Manager wouldn't impact the connection at all, it's purely a visual representation of what it is seeing, it doesn't force any type of state. We've just released a new Early Access firmware if you could upgrade to that and see if it makes it more consistent for you: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/57983-new-r3-firmware-dumaos-40540
  7. Added https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  8. Always pinned to the top of the relevant forum: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/ What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  9. The logs show errors that's not out of the ordinary, it's showing normal background processes, unless you're having a specific issue alongside the entries they can be ignored. I'd suggest testing with downloads while following: https://support.netduma.com/frequently-asked-questions/legacyfaqs/test-your-ping/ start with a high value e.g 95%, test, decrease 10%, test, decrease 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good, then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. Important to note that Download/Upload on CC don't have to be the same value & you may have a better experience with differing values. This is more of a real world test.
  10. Click the server in the ping window and it will show you more details including the ID
  11. Currently the R3 has more features software wise, depending on your home size you may need better hardware so I'd compare the R3 to the modems they provide and make a decision based on those two aspects
  12. It's been less than 6 months: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/56638-new-r2-firmware-dumaos-40258/ Nothing newer than that currently and we don't give out any ETAs. Keep an eye on the Early Access forum for updates
  13. It will still be in the DHCP range, it should just say reserved as well
  14. What is your specific physical setup? Not sure you've ever said, that can have an impact. We also have a new firmware in Early Access worth trying
  15. Sorry I'm not following, you've done everything correctly and it will show the IP there
  16. What I mentioned above applies - networking doesn't work that way, the connection to the game servers is independent of what the ping reports on the console network settings, one doesn't affect the other
  17. We've just released a new Early Access firmware if you could upgrade to that and see if it resolves the issue for you: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/57983-new-r3-firmware-dumaos-40540
  18. UPnP ideally would take care of it so try it with just that initially. If needed then do port 3074 for one console and 3075 for the other. That's how it works, a single port can only be forwarded to a singular device.
