  1. Most likely the server, try and force some others you wouldn't normally use even if they're slightly higher ping and see if they give you a more stable experience.
  2. That's unlikely because the servers are still the same. Use heatmap to find the best ping servers, use polygon to allow all those areas. Use Congestion Control on Always and experiment with the percentages to find what lowers your Connection Benchmark ping under load results as much as possible.
  3. It forces a redownload of the cloud database from our servers and overwrites the version you have on the router.
  4. It is in open beta, you can find it here: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Nighthawk-Pro-Gaming-DumaOS-3-0/bd-p/en-home-beta-npg-duma
  5. You've done all you can on the router interface to try and get it to work that way. If seeing the individual devices is important to you then you could try using the Pi-hole as the DHCP server instead which is mentioned at the bottom of the link. Unfortunately there is nothing you can change make it force devices to use the Pi-hole DNS first.
  6. I know, and trust me it is frustrating for me as well considering how long ago I brought it up as an issue. I will get it sorted!
  7. Not yet but I've chased them again.
  8. Hey, welcome to the forum! You now have access, enjoy! You now have access, enjoy!
  9. Should be exactly the same process as you are used to now. Just connect the R2 to the gateway and your devices to the R2. Go through the setup wizard and you should be good to go.
  10. If you didn't have one set before then it will be admin / password
  11. Clear the browser cache/cookies and then you should be able to access. That is to do with the cloud so won't be affected by a firmware update. As long as you add them to your allow list you shouldn't have a problem.
  12. Reboot and then as soon as you can access the interface try the upgrade.
  13. Hey, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue. Have you upgraded to the latest .179 firmware and then done a factory reset?
  14. Thanks for letting us know, can you enter them into the form using the IDs please?
  15. Hey, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue. When the R2 is connected, access the modem interface, does it see the R2 at all as a connected device and give it an IP address?
  16. Try adjusting settings on Google Chrome/Firefox or Brave and then see if when you go into the app the settings have saved. For the app, pinch to zoom like you do for a picture on the phone, that will zoom in easily, then allowing you to draw the polygon. Yeah we're working on Instagram.
  17. Click the whitelist tab and then just add it as a domain to the whitelist and then it should work fine. We will continue to optimize it, it's still very new so we're improving as we go. So you're saying using the DumaOS Mobile app you change settings and then when you access the interface it's like you didn't set them at all. What is the issue with the Geo-Filter on the app exactly?
  18. Could you let us know specific websites you're seeing this issue on? If you add them to the whitelist does it work? We're looking into the Instagram slow downs. What is the issue with the DumaOS app?
  19. You now have access to the R1 beta forum here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/130-dumaos-30-beta-netduma-r1/
  20. You won't hit those speeds with WiFi but wired you should get pretty close to those speeds, In the 900's I should think. Every connection is different though so it really depends.
  21. @Mobel I totally understand the frustration, I experience it every day through those with the issues like DHCP etc. That's why when I had the opportunity recently to reach out and talk to one of the NG leads I took it so I can talk to them personally about it. I'm doing all I can to get things sorted and push for updates etc and of course the team is working their butt off at the same time.
  22. Hey, welcome to the forum! Sometimes servers aren't pingable and then the next time you try it it will work. In regards to BO4 some servers weren't pinging, we looked into it and did a cloud update literally a few hours ago and they're all now appearing and pinging correctly.
  23. I should have phrased it better really, I'm not referring to bug fixes etc, of course those are expected. I was more referring to major new features, Rapp store that allows you to evolve the router (when available). Both routers were released in 2018 but yes I get your point. It has been slow on the updates. When the Rapp store comes out they will be faster as we can update Rapps individually.
  24. What are the issues that you have been having? What games have you been playing and where are you located?
  25. No, it's on the forum, you can see it here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/130-dumaos-30-beta-netduma-r1/
