  4. Interesting! I'll make a note of it for when we think about making another router!
  5. You can still block peer connections by using the Geo-Filter radius which is how you're meant to filter really, denying is more for blocking peers/servers that have a bad connection so you don't play on it again rather than blocking, if you do that enough you may struggle to get games. It's very easy to re-classify a peer to a server/vice versa so that will be done.
  6. Do a reboot again so unplug power, wait 10 seconds, plug in, wait 2 minutes, then access and if you have access then do the factory reset
  7. Could you initiate a factory reset from the interface, wait 3 minutes, then access please and see if its all loading?
  8. Hey, welcome to the forum! Try the suggestion here:
  9. Do you know of any routers that do that? I suspect an external reset button could result in accidental factory resets which is why it hasn't been done so far
  10. Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.
  11. Do you mean you had to disable IPv6? What do you mean by Ping Heatmap isn't working - the page isn't loading or when you select a game it isn't pinging the servers? If the latter resync the Heatmap cloud then try again please.
  12. Unplug it from power for 10 minutes, plug in, wait 2 minutes then attempt access, is it working then?
  13. Could you let us know the version you’re on now? There may have been an update that hasn’t been pushed that would get it working again
  14. If you have Adblocker on your web browser (not the router adblocker) then please disable or whitelist the router interface page
  15. A few people are away at the moment but we'll be able to get an update on this on Monday, I would also recommend signing up for Early Access as well so you can try any new builds https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/
  16. Ah okay, it's not telling you to access the link, it's saying it can't load part of the theme, if you click ok you should be able to continue using the Geo-Filter. That message usually appears if you have an Adblocker on your web browser.
  17. Thanks for the report, I'll get the team to push an update.
  18. Thanks for that, I'll pass it on to the team to confirm and correct.
  19. We haven't changed anything on our end, you can put the Geo-Filter and leave it on if you want to and it will filter but it will just take longer for you to get kicked back to the lobby if it blocks a server outside your radius - give it a go and see if you can get a non German server more easily. Games often reduce the amount of servers during off peak times and bring more online during peak times so it could be the case here as well which is why it's trying to get you on the same one each time.
  20. As I mentioned in my first post, the way that Fortnite matchmaking works (and has always worked) is that it will only try to connect to a server when it's loading into the pre-game run around lobby so the fastest way to filter would actually be to disable Filtering Mode but use it to see where the game puts you - if it is too far away or the ping is too high then quit and re-search - this will be faster than waiting for it to kick you. Also looks like there are a few servers around Europe so if you do the search method I've described I'm sure you will get onto a server you want.
  21. We did push an update the next day, resync the cloud and see if they appear now please
  22. That's a fair point, it's certainly something we can look into!
  23. Interesting, the link is fine so no foul play there but if you get it again please show a screenshot of the popup with the link
  24. Could you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing please?
  25. As I mentioned, we haven't changed anything on our end and anything we can/do change is to ensure it continues functioning in the correct way, otherwise it can become outdated. The only anti-cheat feature we have is that when you add a peer to the deny list that it takes 2 minutes to take affect after you're disconnected from the host, that's been in place since 2014. We've not accused you of cheating nor have we put anything in place that would have prevented you doing any kind of filtering. The issue you're having right now is isolated to your router, if it was something we had done then everyone would be affected (we can't specify routers to apply a cloud update to) and we'd very quickly be inundated with posts. Has it worked after re-updating/resetting?
