  1. If they think WireShark is cheating then I'd say it's probably best you don't try and use another program for this purpose. You could get a hub (sort of like a switch), connect the PC to that and another PC to the hub and run WireShark on that PC and it will be able to capture the gaming PC traffic. There is some interesting things in this topic as well: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39076-a-claim-is-made-that-reverse-boosting-fixes-hit-rego-lag-comp-etc-in-cod/ especially the last post
  2. Would expect to see higher than that generally, depends what you're doing, are you seeing any issues along side this?
  3. New firmware isn't available yet, we're working on it, once available I'm sure it will resolve the issue. You can reboot like that but ideally you would do it from the interface by clicking the 3 dots icon top right of the interface. You can enter random numbers between .2 & .49, when you've set them all you need to reboot so the devices can then use the IPs you've set.
  4. It would be better to continue topics you've made previously to let us know if our last suggestions have worked or not as we're likely to recommend things we may have already suggested before when you create a new topic. New firmware will resolve the issues we're pretty sure, working on the specific cause currently but in the meantime, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects.
  5. It's worth noting that bufferbloat occurs when your network is saturated, with your speeds and with QoS enabled this wouldn't happen, especially if you're just gaming, in which case you would not experience spikes like that in game. Traffic Prioritization can also interfere with that test. Best bet is to use PingPlotter, according to this guide, while downloading (specifically this, HD videos will not saturate your connection due to your speeds) http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000074717-how-to-test-your-internet-ping and experiment with the percentages to find what keeps the ping as low/stable as possible on the bottom graph.
  6. We don't generally give out any ETAs but you can check this page for firmware progress: http://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000132677-dumaos-firmware-progress
  7. Personally I would normally recommend Classified Games because then it is only prioritizing what needs to be prioritized. Using the other methods will sometimes allow unnecessary things to be prioritized, saying that I know a lot of people like specifying ports so really it's just whatever works for you and your connection!
  8. I can reproduce this so I'll pass it onto the team to fix, if you're playing on that server the Geo-Filter should give you your live ping to it
  9. I suspect you've been doing a lot of streaming/downloading or some other high bandwidth application which would account for the received packets being a lot higher than transmitted
  10. When you click on the server it should open a panel underneath the main panel showing the IP and ping, you may need to scroll down, does this appear?
  14. On PingPlotter the main thing to focus on is the bottom graph and you're not receiving packet loss there and your connection is quite stable!
  15. They're independent features, unprioritized packets don't mean the same thing on both. Your connection has a little bit of packet loss, which is why you're seeing unprioritized packets on the System Information page. Your unprioritized packets represent 0.01% of your total received packets so it is nothing really, you would not notice any difference with that, it is within normal parameters so you can safely ignore it. As to why others see 0 it just depends on their ISP etc.
  16. ¿Qué configuración de QoS y Geo-Filter está usando actualmente? Sería mejor que comenzaras un nuevo tema con esa información para que podamos centrarnos en él.
  17. Although the number seems big, in comparison to received packets it is a very minute percentage and therefore within normal parameters so nothing to worry about
  18. Hey, welcome to the forum! In theory yes but their implementation prevents you searching if a server is blocked so it may not work. It's something we will continue to try and look at, there are a few things we're looking at specifically but it will take time, it may not even work.
  19. Are you referring to Traffic Prioritization? If so that is quite normal, unprioritized packets is your normal traffic isn't covered by your Traffic Prioritization rule e.g. web browsing, downloading, streaming etc so absolutely nothing to worry about.
  20. @TigerSSorry to hear about the fees, unfortunately customs fees aren't something we can control. It was likely opened by customs to check the contents, we always package it so you'll be the first to open it. The power supply requires a fixed voltage but accepts a varied current so you're absolutely fine to use it. Yes the vents are on the underside so it's not advised to put it on a carpet but you can put it on a table for example. That is the version it comes with and you were right to upgrade and reset on the latest!
  21. Debería ser mucho mejor para la próxima versión, que no debería estar muy lejos.
  22. I'd suggest enabling share excess and resetting Bandwidth Allocation, in regards to Traffic Controller I don't personally think that is needed - you have NAT set to Open so the game should be able to communicate over the necessary ports without the controller rule. I would suggest using the WAN option, if your ISP supports priority tags it will be beneficial, if it doesn't then there is no harm having it enabled.
  23. Put the upload percentage a lot lower, some people feel that heavily throttling this gives them a better experience. Also try making a manual rule for the PC and add it as a Games Console and see if you notice any difference there.
  24. Totally understand, if you do get it reactivated again, could you perform a reboot, then while it seems to be smooth take a screenshot of the System Information page, then once it is sluggish again can you take another screenshot of that page and provide them both here please? That would allow us to see if memory is running out or if the CPU usage is running higher than it should.
