What VPN configs are you using from PureVPN - what operating system and version?

Hey, welcome to the forum! It appears to be working on iOS, does it give you the option to provide a log? If you could get a log and provide that then it would be really helpful. What is your Android version as well? I know the Pixel phones get the latest Android updates first so that might be why it's happening as we won't necessarily have been able to test it.

Can you provide a screenshot of the Geo-Filter page when you're in a Singapore game please? What does the ping to the Singapore server show?

It doesn't need to be added to the Geo-Filter as the console service the PS5 is added to the Geo-Filter with would cover it - is it actually Geo-Filterable in your experience? I'll add it to our suggestion list for Heatmap

Yes there is a new firmware coming but it's unlikely to be this month given the holidays so more like January

Sorry to hear you're having this issue, give the modem a reboot, wait 2 minutes then try accessing again please and see if it works.

No because you have Share Excess enabled and gaming barely uses any Bandwidth, usually less than 1Mbps and it won't use any more than is needed so you have probably 99% of your bandwidth unused by gaming so it will go to other things that need it such as when doing a speedtest on another device.

The latest firmware .394 does have a lot of stability improvements and has reduced disconnections for users

Otherwise it's the same username/password you login to the interface with - specifically choose the router type don't leave it on automatic then try

We are aware and looking into it, doesn't seem to work using Advanced either so likely an entry in the configs is not compatible with the router.

The screenshots provided show an authentication server, it's possible it has been whitelisted by mistake - are you saying when you're in a game that is the only server that appears, the one with the white circle around it? If so can you provide the ID please?

Okay so it's an authentication server then, you can ignore that. Delete the device from the Geo-Filter, give the PC a PlayStation device type and then re-add to the Geo-Filter and select the manual option, then see if it filters properly.

You should have strict mode on, otherwise you can get games outside your radius. The server in the UK is either an authentication server required for online play, in which case it will not affect your gameplay at all as it isn't the game server, or you've added the server to your allow list.

The servers you have listed there are servers but in just a few locations, there isn't any need to put every single server on there in a location cluster as your ping to them will be the same and you can't filter between servers in a singular location

Yes you can do that and it will have the same effect. The DMZ though has the extra benefit that it bypasses the firewall and so there is less routing involved.

Yes if you put the R2 WAN IP (found on the System Information page) into the DMZ on your ISP modem/router that will get you an Open NAT on devices connected to the R2. It's how I have mine setup as well.

Just to double check @Comp0za_ could you provide a screenshot of the Geo-Filter showing when you're getting a server outside your radius please?

You don't have filtering mode enabled, remove the device from the Geo-Filter, re-add it and select the manual option, then launch the game and try again

Ah will be hard to troubleshoot then, I'll pass it on to the team to re-test and see if they can reproduce it/put a fix in place. Sad to hear the game isn't great, looked like it had great potential!

If you disable Ping Assist fully do you get games outside your radius? Where are you checking the ping on the Geo-Filter or in game?
