  2. You do it in storage but it does do it for the whole phone, alternatively removing/re-installing has the same affect. Thanks for the logs, I'll pass them onto the app dev
  3. Can you try using another device and browser please and see if it loads correctly?
  4. That's quite odd, do you have an Adblocker enabled in the browser? Do you have Armor enabled? If you access using another device does it load? Are you definitely waiting at least a few minutes after a reboot as accessing it too quickly can prevent it loading correctly. I doubt they would be much help as it is a specific DumaOS issue
  5. Ahh that's good to hear, no worries at all!
  6. Yep do the above steps and let us know if you can filter the game!
  7. Great questions above, let us know! 5GHz has less penetration power than 2.4GHz so if in your home there are quite a low of walls between the console and the router then that could happen
  8. Clear the app data/cache, then re-try with the 1000 please and see if it works then
  9. Thanks for the suggestion, I posted in your other topic but If you want to try to filter it then in the Device Manager give your PC a PlayStation device type, then add it to the Geo-Filter and select the manual option, then see if you're able to filter. If you can let us know your experience on whether it works that would be great! We'll look into getting it supported.
  10. You don't need to add your PC to Traffic Prioritization, as above DumaOS Classified Games which is enabled by default will prioritize it. If you want to try to filter it then in the Device Manager give your PC a PlayStation device type, then add it to the Geo-Filter and select the manual option, then see if you're able to filter.
  11. Hey, welcome to the forum! Don't worry about the speeds you're seeing there necessarily, they use different speed test servers than you may normally use, just make sure to enter manually the speeds you expect. Then connect ALL devices to the XR, any devices upstream i.e. connected to the ISP modem/router can pull bandwidth away from devices. Once you've done that do a wired speedtest.net test from a PC connected to the XR, what do you get?
  12. It's not really an issue with Ping Assist that would usually appear as it would ping multiple servers the game puts forth as options, it's more due to the way Fornite matchmaking works that it makes the Geo features not work as optimally, as such it's the only game that is supported that we actually recommend to disable the Geo-Filter for. I do get where you're coming from, we're always on the look out for ways to improve the user experience so we do value your feedback and I'll definitely pass it onto the team to look at.
  13. The way Fortnite works is that it doesn't try multiple servers and lets you into one that is within your radius for example like CoD, it selects a server and you can either connect or you can't and it only selects this server when it's actually loading into the pre-game lobby. That means we can't block it ahead of you loading in and if it's blocked you are left waiting until it kicks you back to the lobby. For Fortnite we generally recommend to disable Filtering Mode but use the Geo-Filter to see what server you're put on, if it's not one you want then quit out and this will be faster than using Filtering Mode. Ping Assist will take the first ping response to a server and then decide whether to allow / block, even if the ping then goes up PA has already made the decision and it will continue to be allowed/blocked. I suspect you're getting a combination of these two factors which is making it difficult, in which case my suggestion to disable Filtering Mode specifically for Fortnite would be best.
  14. Could you provide a screenshot of the Geo-Filter page showing when this happens please?
  15. So download the latest firmware from here: https://kb.netgear.com/000064837/XR1000-Firmware-Version-1-0-0-64 Then on the interface go to Settings > Advanced > Firmware Update and upload the upgrade file and allow it to upgrade. After 5 minutes perform a factory reset then wait a few minutes then access and see if it loads correctly.
  16. Got it thank you! There is an entry there that I've not seen before so I will check with a dev. In the meantime could you re-upgrade to the latest firmware followed by a reset and see if it works please? It resolved the same issue for another XR1000 user so quite possible firmware didn't upgrade properly.
  17. Two things then, disable the Anti-Virus temporarily and then check, if you're not comfortable with that then do use your phone but access the interface in your mobile browser rather than the app
  18. Can't tell what your baseline ping is but I would say you need to fine tune QoS to get the upload ping under load looking more like download
  19. Sorry my mistake, it would be http://192.168.1.1 or http://routerlogin.net Are you using a VPN or do you have Anti-Virus enabled on your PC? Do you get the error if you access the interface with another PC?
  20. Do you have 1000 upload as well? How do you have Traffic Prioritization set up? When did the Geo-Filter stop loading, after settings changes, upgrade etc? Do you have Armor enabled?
  21. Okay so unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, wait 2 minutes, hold the reset button for 30 seconds, release, wait 2 minutes then access. If it hasn't worked/you don't get internet then while connected via ethernet open command prompt on the PC, type ipconfig press enter and post a screenshot of the results please
  22. So use these links directly http://192.168.77.1 or http://dumaos/ if it then asks you if you want to use HTTPS say to use HTTP instead, see if it works then please
  23. I'm not sure I follow, if it's blocking servers outside your radius then it's working as expected, unless you're saying it's doing that with Filtering Mode disabled?
  24. Yes that's right, it should feel like it's depresses when pushed, do you feel that? I would not recommend you open the router for any reason
  25. Hold the reset button (you need to physically feel the button inside has been pressed down) for 30 seconds, release, wait 2 minutes then access and use admin & password and it should let you in.
