    When you turn off your PC do you leave it in a standby mode? If so reboot the PC, then see if it appears online please.

    It depends on the game, a game like FIFA tries one at a time, a game like CoD tries a lot so that was likely the one used in the video. Yes if you adjusted the circle it would allow/block more servers.

    It is working, it is getting you a game based on your settings - you won't always see multiple servers on the map being blocked/allowed

    You can fix Ping Under Load by using QoS but it won't be very effective unless all devices are connected. You can put the R2 WAN IP in its DMZ but may still have the issues. Do you have the routers next to each other? Should just be a case of quickly swapping it over. The ISP router may be determining how much bandwidth to allocate to each device so it may limit you in that sense even if other devices aren't being used.

    We need to do a new Heatmap update so that may be why, reboot the router in a few hours, wait 2 minutes and then see if it loads please

    That explains it then, devices upstream will be pulling bandwidth away from the R2/console, as well as this, QoS works best when it can control the entire network so I would highly recommend you have all devices connected to the R2

    Where are you seeing the ping, on the Geo-Filter or in game? Can you provide a screenshot of your QoS & Geo-Filter pages please?

    Make sure you force a connection to the interface using HTTP as HTTPS can also cause the error so try one of these links specifically: http://10.0.0.1 http://routerlogin.net

    Set your speeds manually to what you pay for/expect rather than what you're seeing. You seem to have very few devices connected to the R2, is everything else connected to the ISP router?

    @Bat 'n' Ball yes that's the easiest way to reproduce the issue, if you re-connect the device to the console in the same way (WiFi or ethernet) and then give it the exact same name and device type then it should get rid of the error without a factory reset.

    If you use 10.0.0.1 then to access the XR do you get access without issue? Script error is usually due to a browser based Adblocker being enabled

    Hey, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue. Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, hold the reset button for 30 seconds, release, then wait 2 minutes before accessing the interface and see if it works please.

    Is that the only thing that appears to have cleared itself? Is it possible the router lost power at all or was rebooted by pulling the power? No way to recover it unfortunately.

    If it happens with any router and if it happens when only you are using the internet then it will be something outside your home, the line from your home to cabinet, the routing the ISP uses etc and if they've found no issues there isn't much you can do apart from switching provider but it wouldn't be a guarantee.

    That's not too bad considering! You'll need to put Ping Assist to 0 to force UK servers exclusively.

    Sluggish in what way, are you experiencing lag/buffering? What is your ping like to the game when streaming?

    Could you provide a screenshot of your Geo-Filter page please? What's it like gaming using starlink out of interest? I don't think we have many users with that type of internet.

    If you have multiple devices using the internet you would still benefit by preventing them from causing congestion, you could notice buffering when watching videos/streams otherwise for example

    Then it sounds like some potential line issues or peak time congestion, is it better if you play during non peak times?
