  1. We've not specifically tested the game but it may work right away, with the Nintendo Switch added are you able to filter?
  2. If your setup is modem/router > XR then it's the modem LAN to XR WAN. If you setup is modem/router > XR > another router then it's the modem LAN to XR WAN and XR LAN to the other router WAN. You don't need to disable DHCP in either scenario.
  3. Routerlogin.net or the IP address are usually the ones we recommend to use
  4. It doesn't matter which auth server you connect to, you should still be able to find games in the US with an EU auth server being used
  5. What are you seeing when trying to access, that disconnect message? If so are you trying to access using routerlogin.net? If you are then use the IP instead
  6. Probably one that we have yet to add, you can deny it if you wish but it'll probably mean you won't get a game
  7. Reboot the router, wait 2 minutes then access and it should work correctly again
  8. Can't really share anything at the moment but we'll show it off as soon as we can!
  9. Very strange, did you try the above methods?
  10. Just to clarify your issues: You're getting the Rapp not loaded message? Is this on all pages or specific pages? Bufferbloat - you didn't actually mention the issue you were having with this, could you expand please or is this the WiFi issue you're referring to? WiFi goes laggy/slow The further back in firmware you go the more likely you are to have issues so best to stay on the latest or the old beta for the moment. Yes there will be new firmware coming that should be more stable. Try this for your WiFi issue specifically: While connected via ethernet, disable WiFi radios entirely from the Advanced WiFi settings, reboot the router from the interface, wait 2 minutes, access, enable WiFi radios, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes then see if they appear and if it's more stable from then on.
  11. If your settings haven't changed and the experience differs then the constant is unlikely to be the cause and more likely the servers that you connect to that change and experience differences in load. We're still working on improving that currently so probably best to use manual currently.
  12. What we're working on goes beyond that and should give much better performance!
  13. It's definitely just authentication and blocking it would prevent you getting a game but try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better.
  14. Hola, te he dado acceso al foro beta para que pruebes el firmware allí pero también para que cuando se resuelva puedas probarlo rápidamente. https://forum.netduma.com/forum/145-nighthawk-pro-gaming-beta/
  15. We're working on some big changes to QoS at the moment so once available it would be good to see what people think then!
  16. Hey, welcome to the forum! I've added you! https://forum.netduma.com/forum/145-nighthawk-pro-gaming-beta/

We do have that enabled which makes it a bit more difficult to prevent but I'll see what I can do.
  18. Yeah it could be the servers or that when you play closer you're severely impacted by lag compensation for some reason and then when playing further away it's actually helping you
  19. You could try by putting it in the DMZ but if that doesn't work I don't really know what would be limiting you. You could also try making Traffic Controller rules to allow traffic for both the phone and console.
  20. Have you managed to get a single good game at all? Currently there isn't a specific indicator of what could be a good game or not, could you try force some with a higher ping to see if they play any better?
  21. Great thanks, keep them coming!
  22. You can't block those servers as they're required for online play - he was just joking
  23. You can find some information about that here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/19513-everything-you-need-to-know-about-tick-rate-and-lag-comp/
  24. There isn't much in the logs there to go off but try forwarding the ports required for it and see if that works
  25. It's unlikely that you would notice the issue on two different routers. Could you expand on your issues please? Is this referring to all devices losing internet or losing a connection to a game? Is this a separate issue or the same issue? Should be resolved by doing this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better.
