  1. You can get higher than your Ping Assist value in some cases, it is better for more control to use the radius instead and get the servers where you're sure of their ping
  2. You won't necessarily always see other servers, are you able to get a game with the Geo-Filter enabled?
  3. Take it out of bridge and use the DMZ instead, are you able to get internet then? I find some bridge mode implementations to be a little finicky
  4. I've provided a simple explanation of why this is here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/40305-ping-on-geo-filter-v-ping-in-game/?do=findComment&comment=349498 TLDR: It's normal, the additional ping is processing delay which all games have but not all choose to show in their ping calculation.
  5. Yes I believe this is fixed in the next version, I can double check with the team
  6. Those are quite good results, you'll need to keep experimenting with the Congestion Control percentages to see which give the best results.
  7. Does it have WiFi? If so have you put the WAN IP of the R1 in its DMZ?
  8. As far as I am aware, a lot of people have used the DMZ on this forum over the years and I've never seen anyone say their features have stopped working which they definitely would have if it was happening.
  9. I have responded to your other topic: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/40319-hybrid-vpn-not-working/#comment-349659
  10. Reboot the router from the interface, then wait 2 minutes and then re-input the config file and see if it connects
  11. QoS is still active, DMZ won't prevent those other features working, the router is still detecting traffic on that device that according to the rule set should be prioritized
  12. The R2 does have its own firewall so you will be protected, it will only slightly boost the speeds, so try it off and see how much it improves by if it's not a lot then you can re-enable it for the extra security
  13. I meant on the R2 specifically to disable the protection options, no need to on the hub.
  14. Just to double check, how are you determining Traffic Prioritization is still functioning correctly - are you not prioritizing the device that is in the DMZ?
  15. I would suggest setting the speeds you pay for/regularly get through the modem and work from that, may also allow you to get higher speeds, disable protection options in WAN Settings that will boost it as well
  16. Check when the Geo-Filter is small and while the friends list isn't populating, there may be a server blocked that can be allowed so that it will work no matter your settings, if you find it let us know the ID and we can allow it.
  17. Le géo-filtre n'affiche pas votre emplacement, il s'agit probablement du serveur de jeu. C'est un ping ridiculement bon, si vous n'avez pas de bons jeux dessus, forcez les serveurs un peu plus loin.
  18. What is the model of the modem/router the R1 is connected to?
  19. Are ALL devices connected to the R2? Don't worry about the benchmark result too much, it uses different servers - it won't be limiting what the router provides.
  20. Glad to hear you got it all sorted!
  21. Thanks, we'll take a look, it's quite possible due to the age of the device that it is becoming faulty unfortunately.
  22. So all devices in your home are connected to the R2 specifically? Did you lower Congestion Control? That is the main feature to prevent lag. You're also prioritizing the console 3 times which could cause conflicts, either use the Games Console rule or DumaOS Classified Games and disable the rest.
  23. Resync the cloud from the Ping Heatmap menu, we pushed an update yesterday, then re-ping the game
  24. For all games they will either: Not work at all with the Geo-Filter (rare) Not work or partially work - requires a cloud update from us to get fully working (common) Work immediately I do believe OW works from what I remember, if not let us know and I'm sure we can get it sorted. We just posted an OW2 Lag Fix guide so will work for that, not sure if you're referring to 1 or 2.
