Unable to access certain website &VPN

Great to hear you got it working, if it wasn't Armor but you still would like to know how to disable it, you can do so from the Nighthawk mobile app. -

No worries! I've approved that for you, you can access it here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/ -
Could you do it with Auto Ping specifically please as it provides the extra information like send/receive and tick rates

Welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue, do you still have access to the interface? If so sign up for Early Access https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ and once approved upgrade to the firmware there and hopefully that will resolve the issues. -

Very strange but glad to hear it's working again, do let us know if it happens again! -
Thanks for that, could you force another server and provide an Auto Ping screenshot of that game and tell me what your experience is like in that match please? Then I can compare the two as for now, that looks fine.

It's very hard for us to comment on and to try to improve an in game experience when the stats are fine. What is the Geo-Filter ping and what is the in game ping? Depending on how much they differ it might shed light on the situation.

Ahh, it could be because you're using the mobile browser to do so, use the DumaOS app, does it save the settings correctly then? -
As above, choose next once you've typed in the speeds. Then do a speedtest.net test, what do you get?

Sorry to hear you're having this issue! Disable Adblocker on the router interface, does that then allow you to access the website? -
@K0NSPIRACY could you resync the cloud in the same manner as before and let us know if it seems like its fixed now?

That's a strange one, I haven't seen that before, could you provide a screenshot of your QoS page please? Are you using Armor by any chance? -

What router and firmware version are you on? It's become a much less frequent issue and don't see it reported much now -
So it's a work in progress at the moment, requires a bit more investigation but I'm checking up every day so as soon as I know more I'll let you know
-
There is nothing in the logs there indicating a disconnect occurred or why it may have happened. If you could start a new topic with the full log I can look into it further.

As in, it's showing traffic for the console when it's unplugged or it's not showing any traffic when it is unplugged?

Welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue, try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.

The port forwarding rule to the .221 IP is good, I think it's best to unplug the router LAN to the R2 LAN, I don't think that will be helping matters at all. The R2 needs to give the PS an IP address. All you need to do is connect the R2 to the router - R2 WAN to router LAN, forward those ports to the R2, leave every setting as the default on the R2 so the R2 controls the PS completely, then with another device setup the Geo-Filter and it will work.

If you just go on the Network Monitor page you'll see on the top panel that devices will be listed on the left if they're being used and the bar chart will be updating.
-
I know it may seem like a silly question but I just had someone who had issues due to it being incorrectly plugged in, also the fact the device isn't showing on LAN on the Device Manager is an indicator as well so just had to check! What is the IP the PC is getting and what is an IP for one of the wireless devices?

@leeeroybiscuitI do understand what you're saying and certainly looking around the forum it does give the impression that the firmware has issues but it is a support forum so that is the only content you'll see and it does represent a small percentage of the owners of the routers. Did you disable DHCP as well to see if that resolved it? It is quite plug and play but even with products like that people will have issues - if they didn't I wouldn't have a job!
