  1. What error are you getting when trying to factory reset? I've never seen an error when doing that. You can hold the reset button in the back of the router for 30 seconds, then wait 2 minutes before accessing the interface

  8. I believe so, I've not been able to check in with the team yet but it seems to be improved, give the router a reboot then resync the cloud and see if it is working please.

  16. No that isn't currently possible, the only thing I could recommend is if you have a smart plug you could have the R2 connected to that so you could remotely turn off/on the plug

  18. Do you have Smart Connect enabled or have you disabled that so you can manually choose between 2.4 & 5GHz? Try these suggestions: Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _

  20. Okay no worries, could you just give it a reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes then check again please? If that doesn't work we will look further into it tomorrow and get it resolved. That's due to the games updating servers so then we need to go and update it manually so it won't always be 100% up if you see what I mean. Ironically, we pushed a workaround to ensure that we don't need to update it as often and I think that may be why the initial issue we're talking about has come about.
