  6. We don't announce plans on new hardware until it's about to be released/up for pre-order, that's what we did for the R2. That being said, it's unlikely we'd make something with WiFi 7 right away - we're a software company at heart so the software will be cutting edge but the hardware won't always be the bleeding edge.
  7. We have done an update for it but unfortunately we weren't able to detect all the servers so only 1 more is shown/1 less failed
  8. I haven't been told they're releasing it but it may be a slow release just to ensure there is no issues with it before rolling it out across all the routers - if it auto updated then I think you'll be good to stay on that version

  12. Just to clarify, is that a website where that goes live at that time, not a game specifically? There are some features that could potentially help, you could prioritize port 80/443 which is normal web traffic, if you're experiencing local congestion which is causing that then QoS as a whole would help eliminate that which should give you better performance. You may also want to look into changing your DNS, if you haven't changed this then you might find it performs better using 1.1.1.1 & 1.0.0.1

  14. If you remove your device from the Geo-Filter, give the router a reboot from the interface then access again do you still get the errors?
  15. What device are you running a speedtest on? What is Congestion Control set to and what speeds does the test report - what you have it limited to on CC?
  16. It's not especially needed to have a specific profile for NHL as it's only for console, Traffic Prioritization prioritizes any game on a console so you'll be seeing the benefit currently
  17. Daylight Savings Time (DST), yes it can do, in the log it mentioned a time disparity so as long as that is correct it should perform better. Is that when adjusting something or just by loading the page? If you click okay does it work or does it re-appear?

  20. I've not seen any errors like that reported, as you're on the beta you are on quite an old version so I'd suggest upgrading to the latest public version to see if that still occurs. A new firmware isn't too far away now.
  21. I'll get the team to do a FIFA update but just because one game has a server in Texas doesn't mean others will, I believe CoD stopped using Texas within the last few months

Do keep us updated about that, thank you for the log, if does happen again could you check if the router is showing the correct time for the time zone you have set it to and if not change it, you may need to try with DST off/on and then try again after that. Has the slow loading of the interface improved since that issue seemed to resolve itself?
