¿A qué prueba de velocidad te refieres? ¿Puede acceder a la interfaz cuando se desconecta? ¿Qué versión de firmware tienes actualmente?

El XR1000 no carga ningún Rapp
Netduma Fraser replied to King993's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)

If you give the router a reboot are you able to access it properly after that?
-
Are you connected to the R2 directly when you're trying to access or are you connected to the other router? As you can only access when connected direct to the R2.

Requesting access to the XR500 beta
Netduma Fraser replied to CitySound's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Welcome to the forum! Added. Yes you can downgrade if you want/need to. -
Good catch! It's being fixed for the next firmware so shouldn't be too long until that is resolved now.

wireless tv keeps freezing

I'd suggest setting your Congestion Control values down a little lower, to 70% for example and also resetting Bandwidth Allocation, see if it works better after that -

Could you provide a screenshot of the Congestion Control part as well please? -
We wouldn't have sent you out a faulty unit so that won't be it. Disable Adblocker and IPv6 in LAN/WAN as well as the protection options in WAN and see if it improves at all.

FIRMWARE: 3.3.308 Smart QoS (Hit Detection)
Netduma Fraser replied to TODDzillaInLA's topic in Call of Duty Support
I'm not sure what you mean regarding #1. #2 we did remove a server from there recently, resync the cloud and see if it still appears, if it does then provide the ID for it and we can remove it. It shouldn't cause you an issue though like that I wouldn't have thought. -

Very strange, I don't think the router would affect the amount you're sending/receiving, that will be set by the game -
Yes that's right. You don't need to disable IPv6 to play. What is the issue you're having exactly?
-
Yes that's because we need to update it via the cloud, it won't ping until that happens
-
Are you saying Auto Ping on the Geo-Filter doesn't ping CoD games or just Heatmap? If Heatmap yes it gets out of date a lot, if you haven't resynced the cloud after we push an update you may not see it populate again
-
No, el problema no está de tu lado. Europa central debería darte juegos decentes, tenemos suerte de que Europa sea compacta y tenga muchos servidores.

Yeah didn't think it would play very well, best to try and force another server -
If you're having issues do make a post and I'm sure we can get you sorted, previously you did get Traffic Controller working, is that no longer the case?
-
Actualizaremos Ping Heatmap por ahora para que puedas ignorarlo. Hay servidores en los que ha establecido sus polígonos, pero pueden ser difíciles de conseguir, recomendaría cubrir más de Europa.

If you can send us an email [email protected] we can go from there
-
No you don't need to do anything on the R2 side, just connect the R2 internet port to a LAN port on the other router
-
That will be up to Netgear to decide but I don't see why they wouldn't, it's much more advanced than the current available offering. I can't see any references to that in the recent builds, it's possible it's already been fixed but I'll double check.

All you need to do is connect the R2 or XR to the other router as you normally would and connect your console to the R2/XR and use it for the Geo. I would suggest putting the R2/XR WAN IP (you can find this on the System Information page) in the DMZ of the other router to prevent NAT issues on the console.
